Francisco was a wonderful manager. He tried his best to fix the problems that we encountered during our stay.
We booked the luxury suite. We quickly realized that there wasn’t a coffee pot. Francisco was quick to provide us with one along with a few filters.
The first night the convertible single to queen bed broke when the first person got on it. So one couple ended up sleeping on mattresses on the floor.
The following night the king size bed broke in the middle of the night. Now leaving both couples sleeping on floor mattresses.
I know that upon departure the next day Francisco had already followed up with the owners to fix the problems.
The suite, complex and community are in a perfect location to walk to LBTS. The pool area is very inviting with a grill, plenty of chairs, and music over the outdoor stereo. All other tenants were very friendly and considerate of others.
I’m hoping that the owners do what is right for their customers. This definitely wasn’t worth almost $300/night when we practically slept on the floor.
