I couldnt hear the person that answered the phone when I called for the shuttle & when I told her that I couldn't hear her, she got annoyed with me. It sounded like I was on "speaker" and she was across the room from the phone. Also, was told only the desk could order us a shuttle to a different port & after talking with a few people including the Uber Driver, found out we could have made the reservation ourselves & were overcharged.
