The fees are ridiculous. I dont know what your paying for. Homeless people sleeping at the pool, walking around all you smell is "stuff" burning... many different ones.... families living there, woke up with my car alarm going off and decided i had enough and left. I would never suggest this place.

Dear Guest, this hotel upon check in only has these fees: 1) Hotel service fee 31.64 per night, 2) Hotel parking fee 5.65, per night and 3) The 100.00 refundable security deposit in case of any damage to the room or the linen. The deposit is refundable. We also have an early check-in fee of 20.00 if you arrive earlier than 4 PM to check in, which is the regular check-in time. If you want a late check out, we offer a free late check out 11:30 AM, a 1 PM late check out fee for 20.00 and a 2 PM late check out fee for 40.00. These are all the fees of the hotel. However, we apologize that you had such an unpleasant experience at our property. We hope you can give us a second chance to provide you with the hospitality service that you deserve. We take very seriously all the reviews from our guests that have stayed to improve the quality of the hospitality service and reinforce in those areas we are applying well to the services of the hotel.

We booked this property through Expedia, arrived at the destination around 11:30 pm and staff refused to honor our reservation even though it was paid for, they made all kind of excuses saying the reservation was in someone elses name, when we showed them the confirmation and the email. This property had night walkers, pimps, people having relations in parking lot. We called Expedia, Expedia called them and they still would not honor the reservation. Said we had to wait to speak to a member of management on Monday and remind you ITS FRIDAY ... After seeing what was going on at this hotel and the poor staff interaction we asked Expedia to cancel and we booked with a hotel who cared about our well being at this time of night knowing we did not live in the area. I would suggest anyone with decency to avoid this hotel

Property is very dirty. The rooms can use a great cleaning and remodeling as well. Had a suite for 1 night the room 436 was terrible!!! Holes in ceiling, kitchen cabinets paper hanging off, table wobbling unable to sit at it, ottoman filthy with stains, bathroom filthy. Went and got the manager and brung him up to the room. He refunded me my deposit and the service charge of thirty something dollars. Change room to 136. Better condition but still could use a great cleaning.

The property looks like a low income housing project, the yellow tape was stored in the bushes near by, so the cops won’t have to go far to outline the next body.

It gets the job done honestly. Parking lot is safe. The place is a bit run down but I have seen worse and for the price you really can't complain. My only gripe would be the water pressure for the shower was too low. It is serviceable but could be better. The staff was nice.

It's a run down old place, but that's why the price is right. I found my room clean and adequate. Staff were pleasant and plentiful, worked at keeping things clean. Wifi good. Being an old building, insulation is poor. My room toward the back directly from reception caught a lot of noise from the elevator motor and the train that passes by that side of the property. Light sleepers be wary, but it didn't bother me. Hit the Taco Truck at neighboring Shell.

Room door sticks, bathroom door busted like it was kicked in, wall behind bathroom door damaged, bathroom door water damaged on bottom. Rusty fixtures, outlets damaged (looked dangerous to electrician), only good working outlet by sink, beds slid around floor, dresser broken, phone broken no cord, no shower mat or hand towels. Outside needs repair, (concrete looks like falling apart)

One lady was super nice. Expedia charged me and hotel charged me. I was charged double. I expect a refund, but expedia has not done their part.

Expedia really should not list this property. Their representation is misleading. It is not the staff’s fault but this property is in poor condition, crumbling down. The tub faucet ran all night and there was a train that ran right next to our room….yes right out of My Cousin Vinny!

It was very unique in the fact that it was the most unsafe , loud place i had ever seen. The receptionist with the nose ring and tattoos and earphones was unhelpful. Cops in the parking lot arresting people. Nightclub in the lobby. The hood in the hood

The staff have been super nice. The cleanliness of the hotel could be a lot better. Rooms are outdated. Walls are paper thin. The pool area looks ok but the pool itself looks dirty. For the price you can’t be too surprised.

Literally the worst hotel experience of my life. Room was absolutely filthy, stains on bed sheets, hair in the bed, no cover on the "quilt/comforter" if you can even call it that. Walked out 15 minutes after check in to go somewhere else because it was so bad. Manager wasn't there to handle anything, I had to call repeatedly over the next couple days and still the manager was never "available" and nobody there could or would provide a refund for the experience. Avoid like the plague, because it actually might contain the plague.

The pictures do not show the dirt. You will pay 4.95 each night for parking and 31.95 each night for a service fee and 100.00 deposit all for this dump. I hate false advertising. Ok wait the lobby was kinda fancy and clean. We had unwanted guests in our room also total ripoff
