The cabin was not really clean. It was tidy but the fridge had spilled foods in it from the previous persons . The internal blinds were broken & the bed was one of the most uncomfortable I have ever slept in . The outdoor table was really dirty as well. .there were dead ants on the window sills as well - obviously not cleaned .

We stayed in a cabin for 2 nights with 2 young children. It was perfectly comfortable, with thoughtful design touches throughout, and had everything you need to be able to cook full meals in the cabin. Full kitchen, including dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine (definitely an added bonus ☕️). The only downside was that the wifi didn’t reach the cabin, and we could’ve really used it. The location of the park is perfect, less than a 5 minute walk to the beach.

We were greeted with a smile when we arrived. The location was great as we had water front views. We stayed in a deluxe cabin Very convenient access to Forster beach, shops & resturants/ takeaways. It would be very handy if the park had a corner in reception though, to buy some basics like milk, bread etc, as it is still a hike or a short drive to get those essentials. Also i think there needs to be some sort of small oven as a microwave is only good for heating up food. All in all though, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! I would highly recommend staying there.☺

The Supreme Cabin was very comfortable and had plenty of room. The balcony had table and chairs and was a lovely place for a meal or just to relax. We had a partial water view and there's a pathway next to the water just outside the caravan park.

We loved the place. Two minute walk up the hill and we were at the beach, 5 minute walk and we were at the marina. The cabin was large, it was modern and well equipped for a enjoyable stay. Had cooking utensils, pots, pans, cutlery and plates ect everything you would need to feed your family whilst you stay. Nice big porch with an eating nook. Amenities available for clothes washing but wasn’t needed by us. Staff were super friendly and very helpful. I would only give one slight negative and that was the bed was very hard for me, as I have osteoporosis throughout my body, so I need a soft bed and found this one too firm for me. But that is the only thing I could say was a negative for me about this place I loved being here. Recommend the whale watching tour with Anaroo whale watching if you are going to stay in Forster.

Walking distance to just about everything. Quite, comfortable & friendly. My only disappointment was hot water went cold every 2 or so mins for 30 seconds & tv in bedroom didn’t work. Also the floor hadn’t been mopped in awhile (vacuumed or swept only) as our feet were quite dirty after being inside.

accommodation was very well priced and location could not have been better. the only downside was one shampoo and one tiny cake of soap for two people for two days was tight and the cleanliness could be tweeked a little (i.e ceiling fan very dusty) little things but noticeable non the less.

No Internet and overpriced
After calling the property to add my son who had shown up in Australia they suggested we upgrade to a cabin which cost me about double the price of the original booking. Ok there was no internet for three days the power and water were turned off during the day and power until 6 pm at night , the heater was inadequate and the place had just been painted which gave a paint smell which gave my kids a headache and we had to buy air freshener and candles and when we went to complain about this the office, which was supposed to still be open, was closed, the location is fantastic and the beaches are close.

great place for the whole family
Great view of the water from the luxury villa. Lots of space, enough room for a family. Location is close to all the local beaches, cafes, restaurants and waterfront. Everything was clean and wel presented. Only downfall was that the bed was hard. Everything else was fantastic.

Arrived 20min early was not a problem.Cabin was great value for money, modest but very clean & suitable for our 2night stay.Weather rainy not a problem due to lovely verandah .would recommend & have stayed there many times myself.

Lovely cabin within holiday park.
Cabin close to beach and shopping centre. Cabin totally clean and comfortable with Foxtel an added benefit.

We found it very quiet & plenty of room for the kids to run around & explore. Could have a few more complimentary things, especially when they know that it is a family coming & arriving to late for shopping. Tiny little milk & no salt & pepper & 2 biscuits is ok, if you are on your own or just 2of you, but when you get there late with kids, no good.. So make sure you pack extra!

In the middle of town.
This caravan location is in a great location. The lake view villa was very nice. Our lake view was limited as there was another villa in front of us. So we never got what we expected. The free WiFi was a waste of time as it was extremely slow. We ended up using our own mobile network data. I would stay here again but won't pay the extra fee for a lake view villa as we never had a great view.

Beautiful Park in a Great Location!
We stayed in a little 4 bedroom cabin on our visit. Was clean and well kept. Awesome location. On one side was the Marina. On another side the beach. And on the other a short walk to the main shopping centre. Staff were very helpful. Its a great park. Would definitely stay here again! The only feedback i would give is more comfortable furniture in the cabin. The lounge was horribly uncomfortable.
