Room type is descriptive of kitchen or not , studio and 1 bedroom are kitchen inclusive , no cooking facilities in other room types and is on site

You needed to insert the tag provided for heating Shower works fine , maybe operator error

You received a full refund by us giving you one , there was no contact apart from review to Wotif.Manager called twice and there was no reply or call back The best course of action was to have gone to reception and straight away and stated you are not staying and contacted Wotif for a full refund.Instead you stayed the full night and then complained next day.If the room was so bad as you put it, how was 2 wash cloths to clean be acceptable for you to stay, No one wouldn't have stayed one second if it was the way you had described here

Sorry that was your experience The doors automatically lock they open on inside always due to fire safety, no key no access from outside room

There was no request on booking or charges If nothing on report or charge applied there would have been no extra bed provided

The room type you booked is non cooking type hence why there is not any cooking items available in room

You had booked a non cooking room , there is only coffee making facilities in that room type Studio has a kitchenette with the things you are after

The rooms are exactly as per pictures on siteWe use triple sheeting , the top sheet is a stripped looking one to look cleaner and smarterThe tag was not in slot as per instructions for aircon to work Maybe its not for the best fit for all persons ???

Unsure why guests are not allowed to have visitors surely they meet family etc ?
