Immaculately presented family friendly limestone residence superbly located on the 18 hole championship Cape Schanck golf resort.
Comfortably accommodating 4 guests and featuring stunning views in every direction, 2 bathrooms, split system heating and cooling, Wi-Fi, Netflix, a cosy gas log fire, and open plan living with a modern kitchen.


The kitchen and living rooms;
The central open plan living features all the comforts of stylish furnishings, beautiful views across the fairways, split system heating and cooling, a gas log fire, Wi-Fi and Netflix. The modern kitchen is equipped with gas hotplates, an electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, an adjacent dining room, and a central island bench with seating.

The bedrooms and bathrooms;
Two spacious bedrooms located on either side of the central living area. Each bedroom offers single beds, a private ensuite, and direct outdoor access.
This property is ideal for 2 couples or 4 golfing buddies to enjoy resort style golf.

Strictly No parties – No groups under 25 years of age.

This property does not accept hens or bucks gatherings. Penalties as per terms and conditions agreement will apply to guests.

Cape Schanck
Property is in excellent position overlooking 11th fairway of golf course. House was fairly clean but had quite a few spider webs inside and out. Check in wasn't particularly smooth as the arranged message with key safe code didn't come as our number was incorrectly imputed meaning we had to call to get combination. Rules are quite strict so if you are expecting to just pull door closed behind you think again, the expectation is that accomadation is to be clean eg. Floors vacuum, dishes washed and put away, consumables replaced if used bins put out to kerb. Don't know what the cleaner actually does except for changing bed sheets and towels. If you are used to hotel arrangements then this isn't for you, if your happy to do a house clean at the end of your stay then this is a good fit for you.
