Excellent service by Lia and team from breakfast restaurant team. Great service. Excellent service from Varanese from front desk. These are the few names l can remember but to be honest each and every staff member gave us 10/10 service. Sheraton has the best breakfast and dining In Denarau. Will definitely be my first choice when lam going to go back to Fiji. Vinaka Sheraton.

Great stay at Sheraton. Villa was very nice and comfortable though missing few things in the kitchen such as knives and mugs. The amenities was good. The mosquitos though had a field day with us. Staff said they don’t provide anything to deal with mosquitos but that we will find something in the convenience store. That was a bit disappointing but we did find mosquito repellent and spray can for insects. Would have been nicer if the hotel had thought of these things as surely we weren’t the first ones to give that complaint. Overall good stay. Will definitely come back and recommend.

The rooms are fabulous. Ideal for families or groups. The layout allows privacy and space and you can eat in or eat out dependant on what suits your needs as there is a convenience store at the front of the property. The grounds are kept immaculate - hats off to the staff that maintain the grounds and surrounds. The service staff are not good. They don’t seem happy to be there particularly those at 619 and the staff at the villa pools, the latter which were hopeless (with the exception of Leti). If you think the wait staff are going to come around and take your order and deliver drinks or food (as they do elsewhere on Denarau) you are mistaken especially if you are at the Villa Lagoon pool.

I did not realise the villas were a good 5 minute walk from the hub of The Sheraton. So it was a bit of a walk to get to meals and shops. The hat wasn’t so bad but when you pay $2500 for three nights, you expect the wifi to work. I could get solid wifi 5 mins away in the main common areas but none in my room or poolside at the closest pool area. This was very disappointing as it was my only connection to work and family at home.

Staff were amazing and friendly and awesome with the kids. Great location able to get around easily via Bula bus. There are 3 different pools on the property to chose from, the lagoon pool was the kids favourite

This would be one of the best places to stay in the world. The service is the best with friendly smiles, eager to help and just awesome. We have been here before and we will be back many more times. Apart from the service, the food is excellent and the amenities are second to none.

Our stay was beautiful! We came to celebrate my mother’s 80th birthday and on the day my mum was spoilt with singing and cake twice!! We loved the staff and all the facilities. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa with a kitchenette and lounge. Great, clean and perfect. The kids club was fantastic for our son. Definitely get breakfast included worth every penny, probably the best buffet breakfast I’ve ever had! My only specific advice is to let them know if you or the people you are traveling with can’t climb stairs. As there is no lift to the upstairs rooms. They were able to move us to a ground floor villa which was very accommodating. Vinaka Sheridan!

This was our first overseas holiday with our 18 month old daughter and we could not have chosen a better place to stay. The villa was spacious, clean and in good condition. We could not hear any other guests above us or next to us, so the room felt very private also. The facilities were amazing. The pool was large and well kept, the restaurants/cafes had amazing food and beverages and the shops by reception had a wide range of good available. The best part of the holiday was the staff. All of the staff had smiles and were happy to help when needed. Our daughter had a blast running around being greeted by everyone - her little wrist must be quite tired from all the waving and high fives - but she loved every second of it. Some of the staff even learnt her name which we thought was a wonderful touch.
