Bula Shahnee, I am shocked to hear of your experience, I can hardly believe its the same resort. I have noted your issues and will investigate immediately. I can advise the toilets are on a pump so they do take a little longer to fill than mainland. Bula belly is a terrible experience, hygiene is key, tip for travelling, use hand wipes or sanitizer after opening taxi doors, wash the tap before you turn it off in public bathrooms eg airports. We will take your review seriously and act on it promptly. Hope your feeling better!Vinaka

Bula Azamal, Thank you for your review. All resorts in Fiji charge for the boat transfers, Likuri owns the vessels so we are able to charge a lot less than other island resorts. Bula Mark, our most sincere apologies for the broken pipe, we did fix it quickly. Unfortunately the tropics do have roaches that very occasionally make it into a room. We have a SUP perhaps it was being used. The sail has since been fixed. I think an upgrade to our stunning new Beachfront Bures would of been more suitable. Our 103 FJD meal plan consists of buffets and a la carte on off show nights with a selection of dishes from around the world. We don't do fine dining just good home style food cooked with love.
