Property is a little tired and needs an update, it’s fine and clean but definitely has lost its wow factor. Service is patchy at best, took a good hour after checkin time for rooms to be ready but with no notification from the hotel so we had to chase them, room didn’t get services for two days and was only done after asking specifically for some fresh towels, breakfast some days was full with food trays empty and not being replenished etc, staff seem to be going through the motions and not proactive like what Fiji service is known for. It’s ok for the price point we paid, nothing special but it’s issues show up once compared to eating at the Sofitel for example where the service exemplifies what a 5 star hotel with that price should look at feel like. Probably would try something else next time.
