The room was far too small than it appeared to be on the advertisement. No free WiFi imfkr guest in their rooms Food at the restaurant was terrible. Lucky the staff were nice and hospitable.

It was a great pleasure staying at Fiji gateway hotel, a very warm welcome from the amazing front house staffs when I arrived. Affordable and lovely meals and drinks, room was nice and clean and comfy thanks the housekeeping team for their amazing service.. Nice hotel right across from the Nadi airport. Hotel was very well taken care of, staff was very nice and helpful, and they provided a shuttle arrive to the airport for easy access. Restaurant had excellent food and a diverse menu.

We had no problem with the hotel itself, it was the dining experience. Very disappointed with service food was terrible spoke with server. Chef apparently agreed there was an issue and never had entree removed from check and I ended up paying for a meal I couldn’t eat because of taste. Not acceptable or proper service!!!

Great place to stay for easy access to airport. Room was neat, clean and quiet. Grounds were extremely well kept. Free shuttle bus to airport or walk if preferable. Only one very minor issue that I would call negative was the room was not lighted well enough during the evening once curtains closed.

The free internet is only in the lobby not the room. It’s not very helpful. I was disappointed since this is not in my view as free internet at other comparable hotels. It’s an okay hotel. But it’s not as great as advertised. The restaurant food was great.

Lovely spot to spend your quick stopover. Book prior to use during the day to avoid disappointment. Staff is lovely and accommodating. Rooms clean and comfy. Drinks brought to you poolside. No complaints here.

The lawn and layout of the property was very nice. The room I had was smelling mouldy, the towels need to be bleached, the shower had no shower curtain or door, as I shower the water was running unto the toilet floor it was a mess. Every day for 3 days only 1 wash cloth was placed for me and guest, I had to constantly asking for a second one.

The hotel was built in 1969 and has recently been renovated. There are two very clean pools - one quite large with a slide. The restaurant and coffee bar are open at convenient times, and the staff is at the front 24/7. If you don't have much luggage, the hotel is an easy five-minute walk from the airport. If you have a lot of luggage there is a free shuttle from the baggage area. The sound of the airport is nil in the evening. We like this hotel very much.

Fiji Gateway is an absolute joke of an accommodation place - this place does not honor any humane actions - when a person is sick they force the person to show up to the reservation and does absolutely nothing to help on cancellation or refunds - imagine someone is sick and is trying to last the day and the hotel says go bring a doctor’s medical report so the can help Truly where’s the humane treatment here So much of a paradise as it was called

Excellent stay! Right opposite the airport so it made our transport very easy. They also have a shuttle that can fetch and send you to airport if you want to use it. Love the pools which my kid enjoyed and the beds are the best, so comfortable! Love our stay and dining at Fiji Gateway Hotel even though it was a short stay :)

Great location if you're over night transiting through Nadi, because it is literally across the road from Nadi Airport. Reasonable distance to Denarau and Nadi township. Super friendly staff, clean rooms with AC. Would recommend and we will be visiting again in future
