The staff were lovely, very helpful and friendly. The accomodation was secure and safe. The bus is so close and goes straight to the train station

Everything,we stayed only one night,but from the entrance of the building we noticed that is very clean and on our way to the room the housekeeper was so friendly.Highly recommend.Thank you 👍

Not suitable for the business traveller.
No desk or chair to sit on. Other than that the room was nice. Had a mix up with the Hotels.com booking which meant checkin took 45 minutes and then had reception staff knocking on my room door on my second night trying to tell me I hadn't paid. I was not impressed considering we had gone through the whole saga the night before during the 45-minute checkin. Luckily one girl who had been on the night before was working again and was able to sort it out.

Great, modern room and good value
The good-size rooms (and en-suite bathrooms) have been recently renovated and are very modern and spotless - well-equipped and super clean. Bed firmness is always a matter of taste, and although it was too soft for me, I'm not deducting any marks. Other than that, there was absolutely nothing to complain about in the room itself, very good value for money. The rooms are located upstairs in a complex that houses a BWS bottle shop and a pub. It is surrounded by a big car park (easy & free parking!). While the location itself looks a bit drab, especially at night, it's only a 1 minute stroll to Woolworths next door and the Fairfield Heights main strip with shops & restaurants. We stayed on a Monday night so it was very quiet everywhere, not sure how noisy the pub downstairs gets on the weekend... The only slightly negative experience was the check-in. Despite very good email instructions on what to do arrival, the reception phone was broken so I found myself chasing down bar staff in the (deserted) pub for several minutes before I got attention. Please fix the phone (or better: install a bell), and it would have been fine. Overall still a positive experience. I would stay again, given the opportunity.

Loved the location as was close to venue for wedding we were attending Great Customer service from staff from when we checked in to when we checked out Staying above the pub we thought it might be noisy, but we didnt hear a thing over both nights we were there.

Our stay was perfect here! We had a large group staying and had 4 rooms booked and there was plenty of space in the room for family to come and visit Beds were soft and warm Staff were excellent from check-in on arrival to check-out on departure Will definitely be staying here again and recommending to family and friends
