Normandie Park is simply stunning! Wind along a beautiful tree lined driveway to discover a stunning Allan Jack Cottier designed home nestled in a glorious mature arboretum of cold climate trees, manicured lawns and serene gardens with idyllic rural outlook to grazing pastures.

The modernist home, absolutely unique in its day, has now had a refresh and purpose fit out for guests with all 4 bathrooms and 2 additional WCs newly renovated, and fresh paint, new carpets and sympathetic, relaxing decor throughout.

Enjoy the space and light in this house with north facing floor to ceiling windows that bring the gardens in and afford stunning rural views out. There are various linked pavilions for sleeping, entertaining or a serious game of pool or darts in the separate games pavilion.

There is a well-equipped chefs kitchen, a 12-16 seat dining area which flows into a large open plan living room with a slow burning combustion fireplace.

Two different seating areas in the living room allow you to enjoy a fireside port facing the cozy flames or watch a grand final on a large wall mounted flat screen TV. There is a bar for your prized wine or celebratory champagne that links this living area with another media room with 2nd wall mounted TV and double sofa bed (doubles as the 7th bedroom).

Normandie Park is part of a larger working farm and guests will often see the owners heard of Black Angus cattle grazing in the paddocks. Caretakers live on the 200-acre property in a completely separate residence not visible from your accommodation. They will offer you the utmost privacy but are there for you should you require their assistance during your stay.

Nearby vineyards include St. Maur Southern Highlands Estate Wines just 1.3 kms away and Banjos Run just over 4kms away.

The Sutton Forest Estate Wines and Cellar Door is just near the turnoff at Sallys Corner on the Freeway its an easy 8 km drive from there to Normandie Park.

If its a quaint village atmosphere and a good cup of coffee you are after, then you cant go past the Exeter General Store just 5kms away.

There are unfenced dams and electric fences within the 200-acre property.

Pets are NOT welcome at this property.

Wi-fi is offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge issues will be dealt with ASAP but cannot be guaranteed.

To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.


This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy.

The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.

Beautiful spot but...
The house is lovely and setting is stunning however the kitchen sink was so blocked that we had to use the laundry for all dishes. A blackout can’t be helped but the water is on electric pump so no power means no running water and toilets that won’t flush. The rain caused a 4cm deep 2metre wide flood over the floor in the hall. In a rural setting blackouts happen but no candles torches etc is not ideal. There was no after hours number anywhere for emergency contact. All in all if no rain is forecast the property is beautiful.

Birthday getaway
16 mums enjoyed a stay at Normandie Park. The large living area was great for us all to sit together, and the large log fire made it perfect for winter. Bed configuration was good for a property of this size, the electric blankets were a happy surprise. The additional ensuite were definitely needed so no one was waiting for showers. The grounds are quiet and great for walks, and Mossvale is only 20mins away for a nice lunch (Taphouse) or provisions.

Perfect girls weekend
Amazing property to have friends stay together. House is well situated with lovely vistas. Plenty of space inside for 14 of us. Being winter the fire was lit and burning beautifully when we arrived. All beds were warm and comfortable. Excellent service. Highly recommend staying with friends or family.

We are really enjoyed our stay
This was a great Homestay. It was roomy, ideally located, and very clean. But the Internet was so bad, sometimes you can not get in touch and browse the net. Also, the mobile signal very weak inside the house. The property manager of this property was friendly and delightful. excellent customer service. I would highly recommend it.

Really didn't want to leave!
Normandie Park is an amazing house and we all had the most amazing time. Just a couple of small things needing attention - Dishwasher not working, air-con unit in the games room and lots of rubbish under sofa and table in entrance. Apart from those small items the property was beautiful. We look forward to returning next year.
