Good value and location
The Depot is in a great location and comfortable for a 10 day business stay while it’s not university term time. Room was a bit dusty, bathroom not as clean I would expect and dishes not put away from previous occupant. Street can be a bit noisy at night. Reception/maintenance staff for The Depot were very helpful although STK staff were not as available. The Undergrad cafe attached to The Depot is great. Friendly staff, excellent coffee and food. Overall a good experience.

Not really magnificent...
Clean room and ensuite, towels provided but nothing else. Was expecting at least to be able to make a tea or coffee. Couldn't manage to open the window wider and it was a very hot weekend! rather stingy with the loo paper as well - just about lasted till I left - lucky I had brought tissues with me. Good location though - nice and near to the city and bus stops. Bedding not as colourful as in the photo.

Not a v goid experience
When i arrived i had to wait over an hour to check in. The guy who was on recrption had been drafted in from Scotland and was at tye receiving end of gursts arriving who were understandably frustrated by this. Tye security guard was very professional as was tye guy on reception. I recieved an email the following day stating that tgry had been informed that i was staying with an infant child amd requested that I leave and find alternative accommodation. Tyey eould give me a refund for the remaining nights i booked. I had to csll back as I was not happy about this. Very badly run. Poor management. Will not be staying there again.

Good value for money! The studio had all I needed for self-isolation period. The property is modern and new and the room was sparkling clean on my arrival. Location is very central, which has its pluses and minuses, a minus being quite a bit of noise from nearby roadworks, which is of course temporary.

Ideal for Exeter
Accommodation is in excellent central location in Exeter. The property is in student halls. The room was spacios. Lots of storage. Room has hob with the use of pots,pans cutlery and crockery. Lovely bathroom. Only downsize was the small uncomfortable double bed. Did not get a decent nights sleep. If you was a affordable, clean and central location, this is ideal. Just be aware of the bed.

Great location, reasonably good cooking facilities (cooker, hob, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery, saucepan and frying pan but no kitchen knife or tin-opener), bedding, towels and toiletries. The room gets a lot of noise from the street, which is diminished with the window shut.

Good overal
Its a student accommodation building but overal was generally quiet but obviously has students in the rear court yard and can get noisy at the weekend but not too bad. Overall there was good facilities in the room apart from a tv so bring a portable if you need entertaining in the room Was good value and great location for shopping There is a multistory carpark at the rear of the building and it does charge £11.20 for 24hr parking, altho at the front there is a paid carpark for 2hrs, but after 6pm becomes free till 8am monday to Saturday and 6pm to 11am on a sunday.
