Very quirky. Lots of food choices in the complex. Also has a cinema complex.

Overall a very good stay. The WiFi was a bit flaky - OK one minute & not available the next?

receptionist was rude and abrasive, no hot water in room

Thank you for your feedback. One of our receptionists dealt with a hot water issue, and explained as we are an older building the water does take a little while to come through the pipes and then you don't need to add much cold water. We have an instantaneous, hot water service that does not run out of cold water as such because it is constantly heating the water. The receptionist was not rude and took the issue seriously to the point the receptionist apologized and gave you an alternate room to take a shower! The receptionist also phoned the plumber as soon as the problem occurred heard and he showed them his red hands to show how hot the water was when he checked it. We are sorry is you experienced a problem however the reception is not rude - the receptionist tired to assist.
