Hi Penny, thanks for your feedback. Beds are a strange thing as it's not one size or type suits everyone. The bed in question is a softer type but is actually reasonably new. I will keep an eye on that one.

The cooking facilities that are provided, a two burner hotplate and microwave oven, are for the preparation of light meals, also the reason why dishwashers are not provided in the Resort. The toilet doors are primarily to be locked from the inside for privacy but I do understand that if you have small children it might be a little worrying if they lock themselves in. I am very happy that generally you had a happy stay :)

Hi Sharon, thanks for your feedback. Perhaps the bed was made with the sheets nice and tight as we use flat sheets that are full king size. Sorry that you found the bed uncomfortable, when I travel I have found some beds that just don't suit me too.

Hi Nabil, it seems like we didn't meet your expectations but I think some things were out of our control or maybe some user error. The bathroom fan does work but it is different compared to a domestic bathroom fan. The mirror does fog after a long shower but I'm sure that you notice how quickly this goes when the shower has ended. The balcony design is not unusual for a building of this kind and matters of burglary or trespass are infrequent if ever. Notification of No Smoking is listed on the Expedia booking site under property Amenities which is a page prior to the booking phase when making the reservation. The pool are generally is maintained to a high standard, sorry about the ducks. Unfortunately the staff on the MANTRA reception sometimes, for their reasons might be distracted or just having a bad day and don't engage how we might like them to, the fact of the matter is that they are not under our employ and rating their performance as part of your stay with us is unfair.

I get the issue about street numbers. I think we are one of a few premises that have large numbers on our wall to help.

Hi Allan, thanks for your great rating. As the Resort is a secure building guests can only get to the level that their property is located and the first floor to access the pool deck. While this can be slightly problematic it is comforting to know that as a guest you are secure.
