Disappointed that cost was $26 more than what had been quoted on line. Had stayed a few days before at Quest Brighton where we had Netflix free and undercover secure parking. None of that available at Epping. Staff at Brighton rang room to check everything ok - not at Epping.

All our TV's are netflix compatible with guests just requiring a login to access, unfortunately Netflix is not available commercially so we are unable to provide as per Netflix T&C's.Kind Regards,Quest Epping Team

Very neat and tidy. Close to restaurants and shops. Parking is easy. Rooms was clean and amenities what you would expect. Would stay there again. Very happy.

Everything was convenient to access, go shopping, where we need to travel. When we arrived l was informed that a $10.00 charge for car park was a surprise, the staff was said we will not charged you. other wise our stay was good and would recommend for anyone.

Location perfect. Shopping centre with excellent restaurants next door. Room and bedding very comfy. No road noise and surprised no noise from elevators though we were first room closest. Will stay here again

Great place to stay if you're looking to stay somewhere amongst the locals. Situated right next to Pacific Epping shops, access to groceries, shops, & variety of dining is a short walk away. Hotel is clean with sufficient amenities for your needs (except slippers & toothbrush so don't forget to byo). Free parking nearby can be hard to find if you're arriving during peak hour (dinner time) and need a place to park overnight. Staff are incredibly helpful as I left behind things and they were able to retrieve & keep for me to collect very quickly & easily.
