This lovely home is perfect for those who like to get away from the hustle and bustle, but have the pleasure of a short walk to Manasota Key Beach, The beautiful pool on the lanai that includes a spillover hot tub. This is truly old Florida - with a twist of relaxing amenities which also includes covered parking. A long dirt driveway opens up to this duplex. This two-bedroom, Two-bath home is recently updated. Truly "get away from it all" and enjoy the quiet solitude while still relaxing by the pool in the Florida sunshine. LIVE THE FLORIDA WAY!

Maximum Occupancy/Gatherings: Our properties are in residential areas and are rented for personal vacation uses only. Each property has a specific maximum occupancy. Parties and other large gatherings are not permitted. Those who break this rule risk forfeiture of their security deposit, rental fees, and eviction.

Each of our properties has a Security Deposit NOT shown on VRBO. Initial payments include the property's refundable Security (Damage) Deposit, 25% of the total rental fee, and the booking fee.

Damage Deposit refund will be processed within 30 business days of departure. Final payments are due 60 days prior to arrival. Please note the VRBO service fee is collected separately by VRBO and is out of our control.

Keyway hideaway

My wife and I enjoyed our 3 month stay during the winter season of 2024. The property is located in a quiet area very close to Manasota Key. The unit was comfortable and well stocked with amenities. We enjoyed the privacy of the pool/hot tub lanai area. Since the hosts live in the other side of the duplex they were available to answer any questions we had. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable stay.
