This modern Spanish 3 bedroom 2 bath house was recently fully remodeled inside and out, complete with brand new pool. Located in the quiet Encinitas Highland neighborhood, you'll be in the epicenter of vacation fun. You are within walking distance of beaches and downtown Encinitas restaurants, bars, historic movie theater, and shops. It’s minutes from Cardiff, Swami’s and Moonlight beaches, markets with easy access to the freeway for day trips to Legoland, Balboa Park, the zoo/Safari Park, La Jolla, Little Italy, Petco Park, Botanical Gardens, golfing, etc

Private yard includes pool and jacuzzi (No kids under 5), outdoor
dining table, plentiful seating, BBQ, basketball, and parking for 3 cars.

Sleeps up to 8 people in 3 bedrooms consisting of
a king bed, queen bed with queen size pull out couch, full size bed with single murphy pull out. Two full bathrooms.

Amenities include Internet cable, cable tv, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, full kitchen items, and whole house water filter with reverse osmosis drinking water.

With highs in the mid 70s, lows in the mid 60s, and tons of things to do (or not do!), make our home your summer vacation destination!

Fantastic Getaway!!
This house is truly amazing! The owners thought of every possible detail to make for a warm welcome and totally awesome stay for their guests! The house was very clean, had a wonderful energy, and was equipped with all the amenities one could want in a vacation home....and then some!! The house was decorated very tastefully and has a lovely outdoor space for entertaining. The basketball pad was a huge hit for the kids and adults! We were able to have our friends and family over to enjoy the indoor/outdoor feel of this home:-) This home is stocked with all the beach equipment you need....coolers beach bags, toys, umbrellas and surf boards! The location of this home is perfect and tucked into a very nice, quiet and safe neighborhood. We felt like we were “home” the whole time we were there with our three teenagers! I would rent this place again and again and cannot say enough positive things about it. Our family loved this home and we were sad to leave but look forward to our next visit. Thank you for sharing your beautiful space with our family!

Beautiful Vacation Rental!
I am giving this an overall 4 star rating as a 3 bedroom, since the 3rd bedroom only had a fold out couch instead of a bed. But we only needed 2 bedrooms (since the second bedroom had full-size bunk beds) so it was great for our family. As a 2 bedroom, I would give it 5 stars for sure. The house was very clean and tastefully decorated (inside and out). The 2 bathrooms are newly renovated and looked like something out of a magazine! The outdoor spaces were large and so inviting. The beds were all very comfortable too. We drove from Arizona and had brought our own beach gear, but we could have come with nothing but our bathing suits since the rental provided everything we needed for a beach outing like chairs, towels, boards, umbrellas, coolers, etc. The kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room were also well equipped with everything we could possibly need. We appreciated all the detailed local information and suggested activities provided by the owner. The location of the rental was close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Overall a great vacation experience - would highly recommend!

Great place
We had a wonderful time at Shawn’s home in Encinitas. Aside from the dog barking across the street on a few mornings, it was perfect. The kids loved the yard and I enjoyed walks to the beach and coffee shops. Thanks so much for having us!
