Everything was good & clean. But bathroom could use an update. The hook on back of door was about to fall off & the door was very scratched up But other than a few cosmetic updates , everything was great!

Disappointed in Elizabethtown
There was mold in the shower and the hotel needs updating. Was surprised that the breakfast bar didn't open until 7:00 AM, normally it is 6:00 AM for travelers that have to get on the road earlier.

All the employees were super nice I had to cut my trip short due to an emergency and they worked with me so i didn't get charged for the remainder of the days. I will definitely be coming back next time I'm in town.

Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good. Reliable so will stay there again. The property is getting a little run down and needs a little updating. Tub is old.

The hotel is run down with broken items in the room, shower head wouldn’t stay up, and hadn’t been properly cleaned after the last occupant.

I did not like the fact that Expedia did not inform me of a pet fee! No place on your website to list a pet. However the hotel is pet friendly. You make it seem as if booking with you is a discount . I feel misled!

This hotel is mediocre if we knew the pool was closed at 645 on a Friday we would’ve went someone else. We were treated very nicely when we came in but didn’t know what room we were in besides the floor level until we looked at our card itself.

Very comfortable beds and the ability to turn on the AC/heater fan to constant, for white noise. The road noise was minimal. Only issue was caulking around the tub needed attention and the shower rod was loose and barely operational.
