KATAMA: COMPLETELY RENOVATED WITH HEATED POOL + HOT TUB

Located in Edgartown, in the Katama area, this 3,000-square-foot home underwent a complete renovation. From the appliances to the vanities to the flooring, to the tiling, to the lighting, to the kitchen, to the mini splits for heating, and landscaping, everything is new.

The home was designed by local real estate agent Jarrett Hurwitz, and offers high-end furniture throughout. The layout of the home is the following:

First floor: open floor plan with a new kitchen, half bathroom, den, living room, dining area, and outdoor deck. There is also an outdoor shower off the side porch.

Second floor: primary bedroom + en-suite bathroom. An additional bedroom plus a full bathroom.

Lower level: two bedrooms + one full bathroom. One bedroom will have direct access to the bathroom. The bathroom will also be accessible from the hallway / hang-out room. There will be a workout area with a spin bike, free weights, and yoga mat.

The property offers privacy and easy access to both downtown Edgartown and South Beach / Norton Point. The property is 1.3 miles to downtown Edgartown and 1.7 miles to South Beach / Norton Beach.

Perfect Holiday Stay!

Owner was wonderful to work with and house is incredibly well appointed! Modern but comfortable interior, beds super comfy and everything we needed in the kitchen. The location couldn’t be better. So easy to get to both the beach as well as downtown. We did t get to use pool (winter) but it looks amazing so hoping we can come back in summer. And.. big side yard for games with kids to run around. It was everything we could have asked for!
