You’ll find a serene and comfortable welcome at our home-away-from home at Eagle Point.
With a wood fire for the winter and split system for summer or for extra warmth, you’ll be set to relax in comfort.

The Lakes are no more than an easy 5-minute stroll away, bringing with it a safe beach for children to swim and explore. The beautiful Mitchell River is also only 5 minutes walk with fantastic walking/bike riding tracks and fishing. Your boating needs are met with boat ramps easily accessible at Eagle Point or go straight into the Mitchell River and fish directly off the riverbank or anglers pods. There is every opportunity to get outside, so bring your bikes, canoes, boats & fishing rods!
Picturesque photo ops are all around too!
Nature-lovers will find something new to do every day in the area, starting with the lakes with the wonderful backdrop of the Great Dividing Range. It is hard to find more beautiful surroundings in Victoria than the Gippsland Lakes.
Paynesville is only a 5 minute drive away, for shopping and more boating and water sports activities, and Bairnsdale is 10 minute drive.

Slow and lazy very enjoyable stay
Older home with good layout and lots of storage, fireplace and BBQ are the stars, has everything needed away from home, would perhaps benefit from a bit more TLC. BBQ is a smaller one, but enough for family of 3. Great size backyard, fully fenced. Location is excellent, few minutes walk to Lakeshore with many other lovely walking tracks . Very short drive from our favourite fresh food market and antique market, Paynesville and Bairnsdale. Definitely recommend, great for a longer stay Tanya and family

We were working in Bairnsdale and stayed here while in town, nice little place we really enjoyed it had what we needed for the stay, pots, pan and all the basics that you would forget at the shops but relieved to find in the pantry. Very happy with our stay

It was great to have our dogs inside with us and the property suited our needs very well except for one detail. We were unable to access the Wii Fii as no code was provided. Thus we had no internet to contact the owners or Stayz for help and no phone numbers were given to us.

Great house in perfect location.
The house is exactly as described, it’s clean, neat with everything you could wish for. Great backyard as we took our whippet and he loved the space. 5 minute walk to the beach, a perfect location to play in the water!
