Bacchus Escape is a spacious, pet friendly, two storey beach house in the older part of Dunsborough, with views of the bay from the upstairs balcony.

Property is only 5mins walk to the local swimming beach, and an easy walk along the foreshore to the town centre with cafes, bars, restaurants, and other amenities.

House has generous living areas, with air-conditioning units upstairs and downstairs, 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, two separate living areas, an upstairs balcony, and a downstairs deck area.

An ideal property for large groups (9 adults) or two families (10 max with children).

Property provides ideal comfort for summer with air-conditioning units both upstairs and downstairs, a wood fire upstairs for winter (you need to supply your own fire starters and timber).

Back garden is accessible from downstairs living area and provides an uncover furnished deck with BBQ and grass area. The garden is fully enclosed, making an ideal location for children and pets.

Balcony is accessible from upstairs living/kitchen area and is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the view. External stairs provide easy access from the balcony to the garden areas. A gate across the top of balcony stairs secures access to the balcony area. Front yard offers undercover parking for cars and room to park a boat.

Convenient proximity to Dunsborough Bay boat ramp. It is a fantastic location to stay while you enjoy the local beach environment or explore the region’s internationally renowned wineries, boutique breweries, and the stunning coastline.

The location provides convenient access to walking and bike trails that lead to Castle Rock and Bunker Bay. A total of 4 parking bays are available. Undercover parking is available in the two separate single bay carports. Two more parking bays are available on the driveway area in front of the house.

Linen fees include bed linen, bath towels, kitchen tea towels, and bed preparation. Please BYO beach towels, personnel toiletries, extra toilet paper, etc. as only a starter pack is provided.

Arrivals on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday may attract an additional preparation service fee.
