We are sorry to hear your room was not what you expected, we have replaced the bunks with new Queen bedding and a pull out single due to safety concerns with the Age of the bunk beds. We are waiting on updated photos to be approved on booking platforms. Our property does not have apartments only standard hotel rooms hence no actual kitchen all crockery is swapped out on departure of guests and our service staff are more then happy to replace dirty crockery with daily services the washing up dish is only there for convenience as some guests prefer not to have room serviced. We do apolagise you experienced noise issues as the Onsight managers monitor noise especially after 10pm due to travellers needing a goodnights rest before ongoing travel the following day. School holidays are somewhat noisier with an influx of families with children.

I am sorry to here you had trouble with noise as we keep to a strict No Noise after 10pm policy. As managers live on sight and can be contacted any time regarding this issue and did not receive any complaints .

I do wish you had approached reception/ managers especially in regards to the Air conditioner as usually this can be resolved on the spot. most of the time it is a previous guest has changed settings and as not all systems are the same it can be confusing.

As you have booked threw Expedia on the 15th for a check in on the 16th you were allocated our LAST available room there As their was NO requests in your booking for a downstairs room WE did not call you to discuss, if this had of been the case we would have call you to advise you of this. We do apoligise that the kettle expired however there was no need to wait until the morning for a replacement as we live on sight and rooms have a direct line to reception for any issues we would have replaced it immediately for you. As for the Guest Laundry this is cleaned daily at the end of every day and you are required to obtain a KEY from the office to access this facility on checking your booking you did not have a key for this facility? We offer free parking for our guests and parking spaces are standard size we have 5 extra long parks for larger vehicles.
