The room was extremely clean and well maintained and the staff were very friendly. The pool was very, very small. The location was reasonably quiet and close to the centre of town.

It is a clean motel room. Very firm bed, iffy aircon, people coming and going. You get a clean bed and hot shower.

Green Gables is a nice and quiet clean motel where you can park out the front of your room. The aircon is near the bed and worked well. A simple comfortable stay.

It was in a quiet location, friendly staff. Only suggestion is a slide bolt lock as the one lock on door did not feel enough secuity for a single female on my own

The motel is in a quiet street and at a good location to fast food restaurants like Hungry Jacks and KFC. The main street and train station is about a 15-20min walk away for those that like to walk.

Very welcoming and lovely clean room. There was no hairdryer in the room and the gentleman’s brought one to our room very quickly. Comfortable bed. Slept well. Close to town centre, we enjoyed breakfast at Press cafe

Asked for a wheelchair accessible room and was greeted with a large step at the entry, The bathroom doorway was too narrow to fit my wheelchair through, Room had a funny smell and the Foxtel was not working coming up with a message that the bill had not been paid

Nice and quiet away from truck noise, place was clean although the shower had very low pressure on the hot water so it was 'challenging' to shower properly. Good size room. 5 minute walk to the Dubbo RSL were we ate twice (good food at a reasonable price
