Good accommodation and helpful staff. Only downside if your room is near the wash/dryer room, it’s v noisy when the machine is on. No time limit for starting machines so not great if you want to lie in. Otherwise the property is ideal for exploring with good restaurants and shopping.

Apart from the noise from hoons out front everything was clean and convenient. A good option in the heart of Dubbo.

An excellent hotel. Friendly, had everything we needed. Secure parking and had a lift. Will stay here again when visiting Dubbo.

Highly recommend staying here, very secure parking. Staff lovely and friendly. Room was very clean, bed comfortable and so were the pillows. Our room was at the front facing the road, but there was very little noise. We loved that we could walk across the road to the RSL. Would certainly stay here again.

Room was bigger than anticipated and lovely and warm despite the chilly weather outside. Plenty of room to spread out and organise myself for a busy extended weekend. Minor downside when staff entered room without knocking (including when do not disturb sign outside).

very convenient / centrally located - you can go across road to RSL for a dinner steak and charge back to your room, as well as gym/ swim which is free for guests. No real negatives.

A very comfortable stay. We were convenient to town, parking was secure, and our room was reached via a lift. The room was modern, warm and well supplied with toiletries, tea and coffee etc.The RSL Club opposite provided a convenient place to dine.

The eighties called and want their motel back. Very comfortable, spacious room, Very clean, well maintained and the staff were excellent, however, the decor and furnishings were straight out of the 1980s

The reception ladies were wonderful, funny and very helpful, rooms were clean and tidy, great place to stay and right over the road from the RSL and close to other restaurants to eat at, enjoyed our time there, thanks!
