Great place for families with young kids - very busy at the pool so definitely not a place for a romantic adult trip. The staff was amazing - especially the housekeepers and restaurant staff - just lovely. Restaurants are very good quality and food was great.

The hotel is not bad BUT they have events on the beach EVERY DAY THAT ARE VERY DISTURBING. Today one wedding and a very annoying corporate team building event of some sort. The last three hours of the beach day we had to listen to annoying team building coaches.

The condition and facilities are very good, but the staff are what makes the hotel excellent. Wherever you went in the hotel, the staff were courteous and friendly. Everyone went out of their way to help you, with a happy smile. In particular, housekeeping, pool staff, and the team in the Pearl Club made it a particularly memorable stay.

When we first got there, the property was closed due to a Government event, which happens and is understandable. I was, however, not given a heads up and no clear indication of what to do. I ended up having to park my car in the street and told to give the keys to a hotel employee. After telling them I needed somewhere to change as I had an important work meeting, I was taken to a near by hotel where I had to change in the lobby restroom (with no changing rooms or showers available). It was not the best experience to have to change in front of other guests and open my bag in the bathroom floor next to the sink as it was the only place were the bag fitted. I was then instructed to leave my bag and given a bag tag. After my meeting, I went back to the hotel to check in expecting some sort of apology for what transpired. I didn’t recieve an apology and there was no initial mention of the events that took place. After I asked to speak to a manager, a very unapologetic woman came and very sarcastically suggested I should try not booking from third party booking sites. She then proceeded to state it wasn’t the hotel’s fault and said she could offer free breakfast, again highlighting that I booked through a third party site and suggested this was why I had to endure such stressful events. I aske requested the reservation was cancelled and the money refunded to my account, being disappointed, it is a 5 star hotel. I recieved no clear confirmation and am still waiting for the refund.

Upon check-in, I mentioned I loved the fresh flowers throughout the lobby. I was pleasantly surprised when fresh flowers arrived in my room the next day. The gym is spacious, and the pool was beautiful- they provided ice-cold towels and endless water and had someone spraying guests during the day as the temperatures were very high. The room decor felt slightly outdated, but the room was clean and the Aesop shampoo/condition/wash was a nice touch!

Wonderful overall stay , great service. The location is sort of at the end of the Palm, it depends what you are looking for. Ate at Lou one night and it was great, lots of vegan friendly options. I’d prefer an adults only hotel when on vacation- the adult pool is very small, the main pool is lovely but lots of kids. Overall was a good experience - my next trip I will for sure stay JB beach side, which is better located - currently there is construction around the hotel and on the road out. If you are booking excursions book them directly with where you want to go and not at the hotel.

Spent a short two nights as a mini stopover here. Had the half board inclusion which is unusual for us. Breakfast was a very extensive buffet and the quality was very high. Dinner options were a buffet or a credit towards some of the other restaurant options. Went to Lao restaurant on one night and it was great. Much more personable and enjoyable than a buffet dinner and the overall experience could not be faulted. Had a king room and it was spacious and clean. Views were great. Overall a wonderful place to stay.

The customer service was impeccable, from the moment we arrived, you was made to feel like you only mattered. Every stuff member was welcoming, they would stop what ever they were doing to acknowledge you. Service was always with a smile and quick. The rooms were very spacious, the decor was glam.

We had a wonderful stay using the half board Club lounge facilities. service from Ilia and Summer and standard of food in the Club was excellent, nothing was too much trouble. The pool staff (especially Borsha ) worked tirelessly in fierce August heat to ensure Water was frequently replenished. A hotel that we would look to return to in the future.

Staff and Service was amazing. Beach and pool were great. Buffet breakfast was good. Only downside is that if you want to do anything in the city you’re a good 25-30 min from downtown. There’s construction on the roads that can cause further delay.

Came to Waldorf Astoria for our honeymoon and had the best experience! Beautiful hotel with a lot of amenities. Service, food and cleanliness was immaculate. The attention to detail by the staff was excellent. Especially loved the towel origami we found in our room each day from the cleaning staff. 5 stars!

overall it was nice hotel but some staff was very roud in dealing with customers especially " periyanke " whom should working in two stars hotel only , she gave very bad idea about hotel
