We liked the Club room and the related benefits. The club lounge at this location was not as big as others and the menu offering was smaller. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The location is fairly close to the metro but there isn’t a lot in the immediate area.

Convenient location. Staff very helpfull. Everything was made easy. Breakfast was super! Afternoon tea at Horizon club was a lovely treat as well. The room was fantastic. We had a upgrade which was amazing. Excursions were easy to book and we loved all of them. Special thanks to the mini bus driver as well.

Hotel staff very warm, friendly and welcoming. Excellent service.. very impressed with some staff that went out of their ways to accommodate our needs. Exceeded our expectations. Hotel was very clean and very nice. Our Picture perfect room was all worth it. We could see the Burj. Khalifa every single day from our room! Location is perfect!!

The service was amazing! Yasser and Olga were SUPER helpful and friendly. All staff in general were very nice but Yasser and Olga were definitely the standouts for me. The property was beautiful and very clean. This hotel will not disappoint you, don’t hesitate to book it!
