Good location, it is short walk to Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifi and the Dubai Metro. The room is clean and comfort. I booked Burj View room. Beautiful night view. friendly & helpful staff. Great breakfast. Enough storage area. I will definitely book it again and recommend it to my friends.

Booked this hotel because it was walking distance from the Dubai Mall, where you can catch a train and get to anything. Turns out the hotel had a free area shuttle that was extremely convenient. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean. It had an onsite mart where you could buy groceries as well as any items you may need. The hotel provided free unlimited water, which is a big deal for me. Fridays on site had spectacular views of the Burj Khalifa and good food/service. Breakfast was great. I have 0 complaints.

The hotel provided an excellent base to visit most of Dubai. It's a short walk to Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifi and the Dubai Metro. The hotel itself is very clean and provides a very good breakfast, the pool area is also very good. The staff are friendly, reception are very efficient, although don't expect too much from the concierge (they rely on google).

I had amazing time in this Hotel ,staff all they are very friendly ,they responded quickly ,the location was great only 10 mins walk to Dubai mall ,the decoration was so lovely ,it was very beautiful graffiti on the wall of the hallways and reception areas ,it was very different in a good way,very clean gym ,thank you for hospitality

I have visited rove second time due to everything it provides in one package. Excellent staff from reception to room cleaning. Breakfast on top is very awesome. Small glitches when we arrived in room but that is ignorable. I have been to 5 Star hotels but aroma of rove, when entered is excellent. Very good working environment for remote workers like me.

The location is great. Closed to many famous spots. Staff are friendly and attentive. Verity options for Breakfast and foods were tasty. What a pleasant surprise. I have been to Dubai many times and usually favor luxury hotels by the beach. This time, we were just in for a few days to celebrate NYE and so our needs were slightly different. We were looking for a hotel with unobstructed view to the Burj Khalifa so we could watch the fireworks. Unlike many other properties that charge ridiculous amount per night to get to experience the NYE fireworks, Rove Downtown was reasonably priced considering the festivities. I had pretty high expectations for the Burj view I paid for but otherwise lower expectations for everything else considering this was a 3 star property. Wow! The hotel surpassed everything we were hoping for. From the friendly staff, to clean and relatively spacious rooms, to great amenities (24/7 mini market), to fabulous location (across Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa) and generous checkout policies, we were extremely happy to have chosen the Rove Downtown. Special thanks to the reception team who let us checked-in in the early hours of the day to accommodate us and our 3y old. I will not hesitate to stay there again if we're back for a short break.

The staff were amazing! I love the close proximity to the mall. It smelled sooo good in the hotel and I love the convenience of the money exchange to get change to wash clothes and bring back home a dirham note.

A big thank you to Arshad at the front desk! This was my first time in Dubai and he upgraded my room to the penthouse suite with a burj Khalifa view. I have nothing but positive things to say about this hotel. This has been a fantastic experience! The pool is so well maintained, with a jaw dropping view of the Burj. The location is wonderful as it’s only 10 mins away from the Dubai Mall which was gigantic! Thank you to all the hospitality staff, custodians, and cafe employees for a 10/10 experience. I hope to visit again soon!

Dubai was a transit station. Upon arrival, I searched hotel close to Dubai Mall for complete my travel supplies. I impressed by the location and the friendliness of the reception. There is a mini market in the hotel lobby, it is complete and operates around the clock👍 On my return trip, I had another stop in Dubai and I chose the hotel out of admiration, the experience same. Also i get it early check-in and views of Burj Khalifa 😍 thanks to Mr. Mina and all staff
