The hotel was older than I thought. There was water running from a pipe. The towels were dingy and obviously over used. The complimentary breakfast was ok. Hot food not very hot. The young man Christopher who worked there was eager to help. Always smiling. He was our go to guy

Not coming back Here Again
The hotel looks amazing from outside but when I went in the room the ac was not working i had to change the room and also there were cockroaches in the room. The room was quite spacious but when the ac was not working and i had to change the room instead of upgrading the room they downgraded the room by giving a smaller room.

Staff were lovely! Rooms were old & needed up dating ! First room. We were put in everything was broken! Food was good !but you should provide coffee after meals ! Children were aloud to run & scream until 2 in the morning without any consideration for other guests! Disgusting!!!!!! Pool & Hussan very good but you need drink fertilities up there !

Worst hotel ever.
Worst hotel I ever stay. By default, do expect no shower foam, no towel. Shifting breakfast location without inform guest. Room key always give issue. Totally disappointed. U can get much better hotel with the same rate.

Facility was okay but NO enough lights in the room and NO toiletries were replenished each day. Key will NOT work every day and very inconvenience to shuffle between the room and lobby. PCR test provided by hotel IS ABSOLUTELY not good and will NOT recommend to any. They hiked the price due to the US time restriction and accept ONLY cash and did NOT give the report until few hours before my flight which caused too my tension.

BAD service, POOR quality, WORST experience
Worst hotel. Bad front office manager who works in the night shift. Room are old and dirty, smelly and expensive compared to other hotels. Housekeeping services was bad. I called three times to clean my room for 3 days and until 8 or 9pm they won’t clean.

Needs serious attention
No way can this hotel be 4 star. I am sure the property had its glory days, dilapidated is how best it can be described. Wifi - terrible and not good enough if you need to work. Bathroom - no hot water, broken door and fittings, dirty. Cleanliness - this was the main issue. I wouldn't have bothered with the review had it been clean. Cockroaches in abundance in the room and bathroom. Furniture and light fittings with great marks. Hairs so visible on the floor and stuck in the wooden floor. I hope Management looks into the cleanliness standards. On the positives; good location and large spacious rooms. Pity it's not been maintained as can be a really good hotel.

Disrespectful but only hotel available
Not great. Room air conditioning broken so was extremely cold. As well as chairs being very dirty in COVID condition expected it to be thoroughly cleaned. We came early as flight was early so children were very sleepy but I don’t understand how a child taking a nap can tarnish the hotels view. So I was asked to wake my child up multiple times as well as the staff kissing their teething pointing when they saw him fall asleep again.

Bathroom - severe leakage . Pretty sad . The room key did not work in the evening forcing me to go down to reception for help . Overall - quite average . List it’s class .will not recommend it now.

Good choice for Dubai cruise arrival
Excellent check-in service, very helpful. Spacious room and good a/c. Quiet. Appreciate the coffee maker and wifi. Furnishings a little dated but elegant. Comfortable bed. What jet lag??

Just an ordinary hotel.
Just an ordinary hotel with large size rooms, not at all a 4 star property. Room cleaning should be better, towels should be more clean, bathrooms are not properly equiped and clean. We opted half board however food options were very limited.Staff is good speacially Sohail was really helpful in restaurant during breakfast and dinner time. Overall a 3 star category hotel which need some improvement in rooms.

My experience with this hotel was very bad. My friends checked in to the hotel before I arrived and the rooms were not clean. They were so tired that they asked the staff to change the sheets and went to sleep directly and didn'T tell me about it. The next morning they woke up feeling so itchy and couldn't bear it so they told the hotel about it. The staff changed the sheets again and cleaned the rooms but what was done was done. Horrible experience. can't believe this happened to us with Hotels.com

I booked this hotel because it was quite close to the airport and it offered great value for money. For less than £100 a night I got half board accommodation, the food and staff were excellent. A bit disappointed with the pool area as it only had 12 sun beds and 3 parasols. The rooms are a bit dated now and requires some maintenance, but I think that reflects in the price. Overall I enjoyed my stay.
