Excellent appartement with dream view and location. However the cleaning was very poor, the floor was so dirty !!!

Very convenient for shoping and sightseeing
There was total confusion at checkin. We travelled with family a (with some young ones). We waited for about 45mins before the actual Check in staff came. But the apartment (this is not a hotel) was clean, spacious with great views. Close to Dubai mall, Burj Khalifa and restaurants nearby.

Place can't get basics right
It was not a good experience because many basic things that one would expect were missing. Lack of clear instructions meant we were dropped off by the taxi driver - who initially did not even want to take us - at the wrong apartment block. No one was present to meet us to check us in; it was done through phone instructions. We were told to go up to the apartment ourselves, going through the security guard like vagrants. We entered an empty apartment, since it was in the wrong condo. Got redirected over the phone to the right block, walking along the road with our heavy bags. Got into the apartment finally. Found it was missing basic stuff. E.g. there was no information about the apartment or how anything worked, there was no kettle, and tiny shampoo/shower gel bottles were insufficient for the 4 day stay, and replenishable only with charges. We had to request for more toilet rolls when we ran out as there were no spare ones, as well as bin liners. Overall, the owners need to understand what is expected by travellers and get the basics right.

Wonderful stay!
We loved staying at the Dream Inn. Close to the Dubai mall, has a refreshing pool and the most comfortable beds to sleep in. We didn't want to leave! The staff were easy and friendly to deal with. Highly recommend!

JE NE RECOMMENDE PAS CET APPARTEMENT
Arrivés à 10h00 à l'hôtel.Rien n'est marqué sur le buliding. Le concierge appelle quelqu'un et nous dit d'attendre.1H15 plus tard,et après un nombre certain de lever de voix, un véhicule nous prend nos bagages et nous dit qu'ils nous attendrons dans notre chambre le soir.De retour à 19h00, le concierge appelle à nouveau, et 45 minutes plus tard, je m'énerve vivement car je ne comprends pas ce qui se passe;Finalement, une jeune femme arrive de je ne sais ou avec nos bagages et nous demande de monter dans 1 taxi. Nous ne sommes pas à la bonne adresse!!!!! Nous arrivons enfin au nouveau lieu de résidence.Là encore, rien de noter sur le building. C'est le dernier jour que j'ai compris après des recherches sur internet que ce ne sont pas des appart'hôtel , mais des copropriétés, donc vous n'avez aucun interlocuteur: personne pour garder vos bagages pour aller visiter la ville,par exemple. Vous avez des jeunes femmes qui se promènent d'un logement à un autre situés dans la ville; c'est pourquoi nous avons tant attendu! Je vous passe les détails du départ qui se sont faits dans le même style que l'arrivée. Bien dommage, car l'appartement est très agréable et merveilleusement situé au 19ème étage avec une superbe vue sur la burj khalifa. Petit bémol sur le canapé lit qui est très usé et la mauvaise insonorisation. Malgré l'étage élevé, vous profitez nuit et jour des travuax de buildings avoisinnants. Piscine agréable.
