The location was convenient to many sights downtown, the heated pools and hot-tub were lovely and the main hotel was beautiful. The older (less expensive) rooms in the "motel-like" portion were dated and noisy, on the small side, but it is the city so we were expecting small rooms. The King bed was very comfortable. We had to lug our heavy suitcases to the 2nd floor up the outside stairs, and there weren't sidewalks or covered walkways to our room from the main hotel. The food in the café was exceptionally good. I'd stay there again, mostly due to the price and the pools.

$20 for parking overnight as a guest!? Ridiculous! We had 3 people in our room who came from different cities. In total we had to pay $60 for parking!!! For one single night! Won't stay again. The room had old beer bottle caps lying around. There were old crackers on the floor by the beds. The glasses weren't washed. Had dirty stuck on bits that had to be scrubbed off.

I wish we could have stayed longer. Very nice Hotel. While making small talk at check in the wonderful lady at the counter found out it was our 25th wedding anniversary and took excellent care of us. She was so gracious and offered us a free upgrade. What a nice surprise! We could not be happier with our stay.

Make sure and stay in the tower!! The garden is old and dated.

Had a great time at my 50 year class reunion but the parking fee was an unpleasant surprise and then the key cards wouldn’t work.

Perfectly fine hotel located a pleasant walk from the convention center and next to the train line to get anywhere else. Food service was marginal, hence the less-than-5-star rating.
