I have no complaints about this property and was pleasantly surprised. Spacious enough for our three guest, clean, and close to everything we wanted to do. Check in and it was easy and the individual was so nice and accommodating. Will for sure stay here again on our next visit!

Nice complex, ok unit.
The lady who greeted us was very patient with us arriving late. The unit #659 had the tv replaced but was hung crooked and no channels came through antenna. Bathroom sink didn't drain at all, and dishes in the cabinet weren't really clean. All in all, no big deal. What was really interesting was the eviction notice on our door the second day of our stay for the owner for not paying the rent in March. I contacted the lady who greeted us and she dismissed it. We had no other weird stuff after that. We liked the complex and location, but I would choose another unit to get more of a home feel. Coffee would have been a nice touch since there was a keurig machine and coffee maker...Just a suggestion .

It's a nice place, spacious, good amenities, and good security, but the beds were not equal and 1 was defective. The king bed was super firm and the queen was soft. The queen was sitting on an unstable support platform, so we had to modify it to be able to sleep on it. It was noisy at night and the smell of weed in the hallways/elevators wafted through the air quite often. The location is really good, very close to a lot of things to do.

**PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING** Location was good for being downtown. The check in process was smooth but after check in we had no communication turning in the keys, even when I called and texted. It is an apartment and lots of other people living there so not much control over the constant weed smoking, poop in the halls, and the adult party at the pool, where a joint was left by the hot tub. The pool is NOT heated and a few residents don't seem to care about their kids going fully clothed in the hot tub. Our apartment needed some art or something on the walls, it was very stark. It had internet but local channels were limited and not clear. The hand towels were in a drawer and not hanging for washing hands, we hunted for them. The kitchen did not have any condiments, oil for cooking, a sheet pan for the oven and a few other cooking essentials. Our goal was to save money and cook at the apartment but we had limited ourselves to mainly microwave items. No towel to dry the dishes that we washed by hand. With only 4 items of each you do need to wash often. There is no laundry detergent for the washer/dryer. No basketball if you want to use the facilities and you cannot watch a movie in the advertised theater. Sugar ants in CA so ask about the trash. Overall, it was not terrible and the property has a few beautiful aspects, just not a family fit. We would rate as a 2.5 star and not 4 star.

Not somewhere we will go to again. Was dirty and clogged sink and tub in master suite. Beds are comfortable but sofa bed was very uncomfortable. The site said two beds in one of the rooms and there was only one. Our guests had to sleep on the floor because there was not enough room for everyone.

Pros: unit has its own kitchen, washer amd dryer. Management company was very responsive when we called to check in. Cons: place needs carpet cleaning, bathroom tub Drain needs to be cleaned out. Taxes were almost as expensive as the room rental.

Although the property ended up being generally fine to stay in, it looked nothing like the photos as advertised. We found it to be a bit stark in contrast. Also, although clean enough, we did fine remnants of someone else hair in the closet. And the bathroom light would not stay on and was in a constant flicker like out of a bad horror film.

I liked the fact the apartment had everything I needed. Complete kitchen, living room, 2 king size rooms, and washer/dryer. But the service was horrible, we had issues with the parking ever single day there. In fact one day we received a citation from universal protection services just because the guy in charge of the lot parking never knew where to give us a parking that wasn’t taken already by a tenanet who already lives there.

Not my type of stay
We booked this apartment due to the amount of people it can accommodate. But honestly it wouldn’t be my choice next time. The check in procedure was different, we waited for someone to come meet us and he took us to the apartment which was a bit of walk. He was very nice though, making sure we have our WiFi password before leaving. The only area not clean was the carpet it has a lot of stains. The bedding was not comfortable as the comforter wasn’t soft and felt scratchy. The apartment was located by the freeway so my sleep was disrupted. They could improve on the amenities as there were no tissue, no trash cans, very low quality soap and shampoo, and the hair dryer is old, dirty and the plug doesn’t work for the outlet. There was a plus, which they do have microwave, fridge, sofa bed, two bathrooms and access to gym and indoor basketball court

The place where we picked up the keys is in the middle of a really dangerous area, so be careful with that. Other than that, it was a okay place to stay. Nothing much to say, really. They were exactly what they promised.

The apartment building is perfectly located near downtown with lots of things to do nearby. It's conformable but it shows that it has seen better days. On this last stay lights were not working, the bathroom was not properly cleaned and towels were missing.

Stains all over carpet, bedroom light bulbs not working/ half of living lights out also, microwave was completely broken/dismantled (called apt owner to let them know, said someone will be over to fix it but no came during our stay), owner said they would call us to tell us the WiFi info but never heard from them again, a scheduled check in time was confirmed for 3pm twice prior to day of trip but owner comes at 3:40 after saying multiple times he’s only 5 min away making us miss our mueseum reservation and wait for him.

It was okay
Our overall stay was very nice, however we could not find an extra garbage bag and were not told to bring garbage bags, no dish detergent of either liquid or dishwasher. No laundry detergent to wash the towels. We had to go buy all the items. Location was okay very close to downtown LA, so traffic sounds were we expected. Bedroom had their own bathroom which was very nice.

This is more like an Air BNB situation - they've leased blocks of apartments and you're just renting one for the night. The property itself doesn't condone this - so there's no concierge or regular check in - you have to meet up outside the building and they essentially sneak you in. We had to wait in our car for an hour unable to get anyone on the phone until we finally met up and they helped us get in. They were friendly once we got ahold of a human being, but pretty disconcerting to be left out in the cold for an hour unable to reach anyone. They should make it clear on the Expedia site that this is what you're in for, and nothing like a regular hotel experience.

Dear Guest, thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry you've experienced an inconvenience during your check-in process. Yes, you are right, we are not the regular hotel and our check-in system is different. We don't have a front desk or concierge and we don't own the building. In order to get access to the building and gated garage, we need to meet you outside and guide you to the parking, since it's very easy to get lost in the huge comlex if you're by yourself. We don't sneak our guests in, but we do guide them to the apartment in the complex which has 400+ apartments and multiple parking and main entrances. To make check-in process smooth we require our guests to contact us at least 24 hours before arrival to schedule check-in and establish contact between us and the guest. Information is available in a confirmation email you get after completing the reservation. Thank you for your suggestion to make the information more clear, we thought the name of the apartment will be enough, but your experience helped us realize we need to do more. Thank you for your help.

Not what we expected
My best friend and I stayed here for three nights. We had booked a one-bedroom, but were given a two-bedroom apartment for less, which was a nice surprise. However, the walls were absolutely bare, with no artwork at all, making the space feel somewhat depressing. Communication with staff was spotty. There should be signage indicating where to leave the keys upon exit, as well as more explanation on how to use them. We didn't have WIFI for the duration of our stay, so couldn't watch TV or use WIFI on our laptops/phones. The water in the shower takes nearly ten minutes to warm up and, even then, is only lukewarm and the water pressure is feeble. However, the beds and pillows were comfortable, and there was a sufficient amount of dishes in the kitchen.

I try to only leave positive reviews but this place was terrible. I booked a two bedroom for the wilder vs fury. Me and friends wanted place we could all sleep at. They said the check in was at 3:00 and they didn’t give us the keys until 3:30 and then we had to drive to the place that was 30 minutes away. We had to pick up tickets 60 minutes prior to the fight that started at 3 and we almost missed the fight. The worse part of it all was that we ordered a two bedroom and they told us something happen and they only had a one bedroom. I was so upset. Once we got there there was dog crap in the hall ways and the hallways smelled terrible. Some of the light switches didn’t even work. I have never had such terrible experience. This place made it seem that it was a nice place and it wasn’t at all.

The apartment itself is quite comfortable. It was not thoroughly clean but it was ok. However the building was a bit dirty and noisy. It seems like students live there so there was loud music and marihuana smell all day long. The unit is well located in downtown but is too close to a major road so there is a lot of noise and smoke from cars

This apartment needs some TLC
The key had to be picked up at night in a sketchy neighborhood with obscure signage. After a long ride we arrived at the apartment with no clear way to get inside. The complex is huge and it took awhile to find our apartment. The carpeting was dirty. It appeared that one of the beds did not have clean sheets as there was hair under one of the pillows. We tried to get them to connect the internet. After 3 different photos sent to them of the modem we still did not have the internet. When I took a shower there was hair on one of the towels. They promised to bring an extra key and coffee which never happened. No wash cloths. I believe the apartment residents are allowed to smoke outside so be prepared for the smell of pot Basically the apartment could have been so much better with some TLC, a map of the complex and an agent who took you there and helped us get situated.

I felt safe in this apartment. However I could not watch regular TV, clerk when I picked up keys to apartment told me to leave them in the apartment at check out. However I could not get on the elevator without key and I had to carry all my luggage down 7 flights of stairs to get outside. Had no key to open the gate to get my car and had to wait for someone to drive out to get into parking structure. I would not recommend this apartment and I would not stay again.

I didn't like that the property was confusing to get around and found myself lost. It would have been helpful if there was a map/ directions from the parking garage to the room. Also, being able to get out of the hotel without a key would have been nice as well.

Have an adventure
The room was comfortable, clean, and well supplied. Getting to the room was a bit confusing, as was getting out - it was a little spooky. It is a huge place and we had some frantic moments coming and going. They need to supply you with a map. Totally convenient to everything we needed and i would say try it out, have an adventure!

The place was clean. I also liked how much security there was in the building; not just anybody can walk in there. I love that there was plenty of dishes and plenty of space for all the family members. I really loved the bubbling jacuzzi & my kids enjoyed going in the pool!

The check in was accommodating and easy. Our room itself was very clean, although the toilet paper holder was broken and the bed only had a bottom sheet. The carpeting in the hallways was old, worn, and dirty. Needs remodeling and cleaning throughout property.

Stay was great. I booked last minute so if you plan on booking last minute this isnt the spot. Checking in was hectic but should be better if scheduled in advance!

Apparemment neuf mais sale avec un chantier juste en face. La piscine est en fait un jacuzzi. Seul l'emplacement est bien.
