This what a 5 star hotel must to be. It was one of the best hotel that i have booked ever. It will be my next stay hotel if i will come again Staf , service, location everything was first class 👏 What i didn't like is nothing actually everything was perfect

It was a great stay, made even better by the staff, which are so kind and respectful, the hotel itself is amazing. Because of our Expedia Gold we also had a free room upgrade and we didn’t even have to mention it when checking in. Overall it was a 5 star experience, I would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed this hotel immensely. The only downside from our point of view is there is no alcohol on site. Which seems strange for a five star hotel, even in Qatar. There is a bar in the hotel 300 metres away however.

10/10 - Warwick Doha is an incredible hotel that offers excellent value for the price. The location is great, it's easily accessible from the airport by jumping on the Red metro then Green (if you get a day pass its about $6QR), and it's close to the metro station - about a 3min walk. The staff are incredibly lovely, they take your bags to your room and are happy to fulfill any requests. The restaurant although empty pulled out an incredible meal and the bed was the most comfortable we had during our 5-week travel itinerary. Overall, I highly recommend the Warwick Doha hotel for its great location, friendly staff, comfortable accommodations, and overall great value.

The hotel room was clean and organized (it was the Superior room). But when I went to sleep I discovered that the corner of the mattress’s cover was torn and they hid the torn part under the mattress which made me feel uncomfortable during sleeping (I couldn’t pull the quilt because it was stuck under the heavy mattress). This was the case in my room but I don’t know about the other rooms. This was really annoying thing for me. Also, the Air conditioner was not cooling enough and it was starting cooling after 7 Am for some reason which I didn’t know. In general I didn’t like staying in that hotel, although it is a 5 stars Warwick Hotel but the quality there was less than what anyone can expect from a 5 Stars hotel. I stayed in a 4 stars hotel and it beats The Warwick Hotel Doha in all aspects.

I booked 2 twin bedroom. Though I ended up staying with solo, I checked in 2 twin rooms. The next morning, the receptionist told me to move out of the room, because they double booked. I was told to move a better room, but the room I was assigned was smaller and darker. I asked them to put me in an original room, but the manager told me "you don't deserve to stay in a room?" I paid the full amount online, but they treated me that way. No clue because I'm a solo female traveler or what. I will never go back to the country and hotel.

Excellent hotel
As always, Warwick provided the best. The hotel, facilities, services and all in all experience was great as always. Specially the bell boys, door keepers and house keeping staff tries utmost all the time. Last day at time of check out, i didn’t like the tone of a manly receptionist where it was a small error from my side and i fixed it very fast with one representative from hotels.com That receptionist annoyed me and i will rethink if i stay at Warwick in future.

We had a pleasant stopover in Doha at the Warwick. Although the room and facilities were clean and well maintained, the service was a little disappointing. One of our main complaints however, was that as Gold members of Hotels.com, we booked this room as it stated a range of VIP benefits, including a free room upgrade. On arrival I mentioned the free room upgrade and the lady on reception stated that the upgrade was a discounted price, saying that instead of $120 we had paid $85. I was unsure of this and did not have my receipt on hand to double check. After arriving home I re-checked and she was incorrect, we had indeed paid $120 and did not receive a free room upgrade. Given we selected this hotel based on its rewards, we were disappointed and are less likely to pay attention to VIP offers in the future. I feel the management should at least reimburse this difference for their mistake.

Staff helpful . Excellent cleaners . Great value . In a drab area but next to brilliant metro . Roof terrace great but pool small ( and cold ) and ridiculously only 10 sun beds in huge hotel . Gym small but good enough apart from too hot in there as AC not powerful enough . It is also a dry hotel . If you want alcohol there is a hotel 300 yds away .
