"Overall, everything was really good with our stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Dodge City. My only complaint is that the bed was incredibly soft. I thought that was going to be a good thing but it was painful to sleep on it. I had to prop pillows up so that I was basically sitting up to sleep. My daughter and granddaughter didn't have that problem so it could just be me, but if you don't like soft beds, it could be you as well.
The only other issue I have is that I was charged twice. I booked the weekend with Hotels.com and paid for it, in full, in January but the hotel charged me the full price again. When I asked at the front desk, they said the charge was from Hotels.com and I would need to clear it up with them. They said it was the hotel and they would contact them to take care of it for me. It's been a week and I haven't heard anything so I'll be opening a dispute with the credit card company. Everything else was great with our stay."
