Will be telling friends and family of poor service
Paid for a 1 bedroom apartment, was given a studio apartment with a moving divider wall.
Water shut off from burst pipe and water would not be restored until (lunch time) following day. I needed to contact them several times to find out why the water was off and when it would be restored. Instead of offering a solution such as "we have bottled water here availble for your use in the reception room" You insisted on trying to explain to me how the water pipe burst. I don't need an explanation as this has already been explained every time I called to ask when our water would be turned on. The water was off from 9pm until 10am the next day and we needed to checkout by 10am. So we were without water the whole time in our apartment.. with a baby (I mention this because you probably dont realise how many baby bottles/containers/pacifiers etc I needed to wash or how i needed to bath my baby). I already told your receptionists and manager that I understand this was out of your control and not yoyr fault. But you had given me nothing besides a "oh well.. not our problem sorry". When asked if I could get compensation considering this was a basic amenity which was included in the COST of the room. You had told me would need to write to the city council. Poor customer service and zero empathy.
Old and dirty cushions on couch, one with zipper completely broken off and stuffing coming out. Not very sanitary considering we have a teething toddler.
