Sweet space beautiful Tibetan property
The hotel didn’t know about our reservation through hotels.com so when we arrived someone was already in the room we had rented and already paid for!! But the hotel gave us two rooms to make up for the mistake. They felt very bad and apologized profusely. The rooms were very sweet. Floors need some fixing and breakfast is not cooked to order but overall it’s a nice place to stay!

客棧老闆表示沒有留意expedia的預訂， 到步後才知道原本訂了的房間己沒有，幸好該客棧仍有一間房間，店員讓我們入住。奇怪是到另一天叫我們退了expedia 的預訂，老闆表示不能收外幣，想我再重新買過一次房間，我表示不能退款亦不能重買，因這是他們的問題。因此入住這家時要小心，因為他們只看ctrip 的預訂，沒有看expedia 的預訂。 另外，千萬不要用客棧老闆的包車，他態度差和會騙人。第一，他說$200包一天，但原來只願意乖你去兩個景點，去其他景點他是不願意的，又指那邊下大雨不能去，更發脾氣不滿我提出那兩個景點以外的地方；第二，依拉草原可以不用門票就可以看到湖景，只要載車到環湖路便可，但他會騙你到需要騎馬的地方，強調我們一定要買票和騎馬；第三，就是態度差，沒有禮貌。因此十分不建議大家使用容棧老闆的包車服務。
