Great place for a family gathering
We needed a place for my father to stay after surgery to recover before going up in altitude. This was a GREAT location for him to have a quite area and the rest of the family to be able to gather and enjoy time together. Great to have 2 separate locations and a great yard for outdoor conversation. Hot tub was an amazing perk!!

The house just was as posted. We came in for a guys trip and didn't want to leave the house. The property was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Denver.

Way more comforts then home
Had an amazing stay, we are from Michigan and work for one of the local utility companies. It was so nice to be able to relax after a long day in the jacuzzi or even get a quick workout in. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place close to Denver or shopping, great location with a couple nice pubs in walking distance.

Cozy and comfortable
Aside from some heating issues which Henry was very responsive to fix, we had a great stay at this property. The bedrooms are small, and there is little privacy between the two (the cool sliding door does not fully close), but the common space is sizable and all is very comfortable. The beds were great. Bring slippers in the winter as the flooring is mostly a cement slab.

The place was nice. The description of the beds was not very accurate, anyone who can sleep in that top bunk needs to be very small and not afraid of heights. Booked this place because we thought it was close to red rocks but it really wasn’t. It always wasn’t a quick walk to the food and bar scene. The pictures of the back yard also decieving their really is not much space.
