Good access to skiing and casinos—only 15 minutes to the east entrance to the mountains. Close to neighborhood parks (3 blocks to Majestic View Park). This home is fully stocked and furnished to make your stay perfect! 2 separate TVs (70" and 65" SMART TVs) and 2 family rooms for entertainment, foosball, board games and hanging out with family and friends. Memory foam mattresses on king, queen, full and twin beds. Black-out blinds for a great night's sleep. High-speed internet. Full kitchen that is stocked to make cooking easy. Seasonal grill (available Memorial Day to end of September). Unwind in the private back yard or under the wonderful, spacious covered patio with Edison lights, seating and outdoor games.

Wonderful place and owners!

We have stayed at this house many times and the location is perfect. It is next to my brothers house, the property is very comfortable, and the owners bend over backwards to make sure our stay is positive experience!

Clean, updated, and room to stretch out

Loved the house and the thought that was put into it for the purpose of short-term rental. Communication was great. The only thing I would change would be the beds, as they are a bit uncomfortable and small.

Great house in great location

Pam connected with us a few weeks before our stay, a few days before, the night before, the day of, and our last night. It was the perfect amount of communication. The house had everything we expected and met all of our needs. The location was perfect for visiting downtown and Rocky Mountain National Park. Will rent this house again when in Denver!

This house is wonderful, and Pam is a super host. This house will not disappoint and has everything that you will need for your stay. Having access to the garage makes it even better on those cold mornings.

Thank you Pam for this incredible VRBO stay! Amenities far exceeded expectations and host, location and overall property were stellar! We were welcomed with water bottles, coffee and even cheesecakes in the fridge! Perfect for all ages and even enjoyed fabulous views from the huge picture windows in the family room. Clean, Friendly, Amenities Galore!

We chose this location for a baby shower. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Our host checked in to make sure we were good to go before, during, and after our stay, and was super accommodating to all our requests. Will definitely stay again if I have a need!
