Palm Garden have evcellent staff and the Hotel has all the offerings of other bigger hotels in the area. Easy stroll to the beach and very quiet.11/10

Booked three weeks, checked out after 2 days and requested refund. Hotel and Expedia still advertise having a restaurant but it no longer exists. The hotel owner sold restaurant. Rooms are dirty and very dated. Staff are nice. They keep asking Chinese owner to do upgrades but he refuses. Hotel was decent enough to give refund for remaining weeks because staff know the hotel needs work.

Cons: Property is in desperate need of repair. Everything is falling apart. An access panel (made of tile) fell off the wall with a loud bang while I was brushing my teeth. Freaked me out. Pros: Staff is friendly. Location is convenient.

I love everything about Palm Gardens the staff, the gardens, the rooms are huge and comfortable the location is spot on. I’ve stayed 3 times so far and have another stay planned.

We liked the staff and the walkability to the beach and main streets, easy access to lots of restaurants. We knew the room was Bali "old style" which we like but the ground floor room C4 we had was not pleasant. There was no duvet, just a top sheet with two awful mismatched, ancient orange blankets. The fridge was old and looked it, the door was rusty and it needed defrosting, just overall it was a grubby room. Not sure what the other rooms were like but the hotel was full so its a popular place. We had friends that had stayed there previously and they liked it, so maybe COVID has had an impact. Its a shame because its in a fabulous spot and the staff were lovely. We didn't complain, it is what it is and we had paid when we arrived. If they changed the bedding, cleaned the bathrooms up it would be a gamechange.

Great Place
I really liked it here. I was traveling alone and looking for a nice getaway that wasn't too expensive. This place was an amazing price for all you get. The location was close to a lot of great restaurants which was awesome, and the place was really clean and beautiful. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent.

A rare traditional hotel, not one of those new box hotels. Garden and walkways lovely,pool lovely, the hotel small and quiet and next to beach and supermarket 5 minutes away. Would stay there again if in sanur

Good budget hotel
Great hotel for price, location amenities and staff. Room cleaned every day and nice pool to have a dip in. It's a really good value accommodation in the heart of Sanur.

Peaceful & in a perfect spot 😊
The perfect spot in Sanur, 1minute to beach and loads of restaurants, and 1 minute the other way to shops, stalls, supermarkets and more restaurants. Lovely staff - super helpful,.. beautiful pristine pool with sun chairs & towels,.. nice clean rooms with great air conditioning and big balcony. A small, quiet, safe resort where obviously people return again and again… we will! Thanks Palm Garden 🙏

We stayed here briefly before our flight out and encountered many tourists. It's a popular place, and still pretty quiet. The beach and awesome restaurants are a few steps away.

Great location near the beach, restaurants, and shops. Bathroom counter was dirty and the bathroom was dingy due to lack of lighting. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

This place is amazing! In between Holiday Inn and Intercontinental, it’s staff customer service goes above and beyond for you! Thank you Made! He helped me out arranging tours last minute and very late! The room is spacious, comfortable, clean, and quiet. Oh and steps from the beach!

Was given a room with a broken AC, then was offered a room that reeked of the most horrific smells of mold and mildew. Really disgusting, they need to manage their property better. Location is good though.

The property overall was lovely. In need of new bed linen and towels both bathroom and pool. It was clean and staff were friendly. In a great location.

It was in a great location to beach and Main Street.Not a lot of rooms so was nice.Pool was very clean.Breakfast was very basic but ok.Staff very friendly.Only downside was the construction next door,but switched off and didn’t let it worry me.And that is a short term project anyway.I would definitely stay again next time.

The hotel was very close to the Sanur beach. The beach itself wasn't as pretty or famous as other beaches in Bali. Being quite far from the busy areas of Bali, things weren't that expensive. The hotel wasn't as tidy or well maintained as you would expect but the staffs were very friendly and helpful.

Это был сесейный отдых с ребенком, и мы считаем, что это отличный выбор! Пляж в паре минут ходьбы, теплый бассейн, территория небольшая, но очень симпатичная, можнопрогуляться с ребенком. Завтраки вкусные и сытные(с блинчиками, рисом и фруктами), в отеле есть небольшой ресторан, но в одной минуте ходьбы есть несколько популярных ресторанов и также рядом крупный магазин с европейскими продуктами. Рядом стройка(апрель 2019), но совсем без шума почему-то, поэтому нам это никак не мешало. Отель скорее больше похож на семейный гестхаус, очень приятный отзывчивый персонал. We loved this hotel for family vacation. Spent here 3 nights and booked one extra. Clean, safe, good for chilling with baby/child, good full breakfast(with rice, fruits, pancakes), one minute walk to popular Sanur restaurants and couple minutes to supermarket with European products. There is an ongoing construction nearby(in April 2019), but NO noise at all, we were not bothered by it. At Karang beach(few minutes walk) they have free yoga on sunrise and sunset. Very friendly staff, we would highly recommend this hotel.

I love the Palm Garden Hotel. It's a 20-minute ride from the airport and so when I land in the evening my first day in Bali is always at the palm garden. it's a 2-minute walk to the beach with lots of amenities and a little town with a great vegan restaurant and lots of little shops. It's definitely a little piece of Bali heaven inexpensive rates

A good time but the rooms are dated.
The hotel is nicely located between a nice beach and the busy Sanur centre. Renovations were going on in the hotel so there was no swimming pool at the time. The hotel told us a few days before the trip. Fair enough. We could have gotten a discount though because of that as it was very noisy during the day and it's always nice to enjoy the pool in the evening. The rooms are ok but not extraordinary. A bit dated, and there is no safe in the room, only at the reception. The staff is nice and the breakfast is good too. We might not come back.

Authentic Balinese hotel in great location
Nice authentic Balinese hotel in a great location between the beach and the main road through Sanur resort. It is located at the quieter end of Sanur resort, but there are lots of nice bars/restaurants within a 5 minute walk along the beachfront. Nice big bedrooms with outdoor seating on the balcony/terrace, comfortable beds, good breakfast and good outdoor pool and gardens with sunbeds.

Good little place close to the beach.
Great location - near the beach, plenty of places to eat, lots of shops and a massage place around the corner for 70000 rupiat for a 60 minute massage. Bathroom cleanliness was so-so. Did wipe around the sink. Toilet was constantly running but I raised the matter it was addressed immediately. Staff were great and very friendly and helpful. I plan to return
