Good hotel according to Location and Shopping Center also next to the Hotel. Front Desk Team Tushar and Rohit both are very kind and supported about at check in and out and resolve the issues if any happens.

The hotel is in a great location - can't beat it - it is in the process of being purchased by Hyatt. There were several cleanliness issues that I experienced. The Duty Manager Mr. Davlat did his sincere best to address them - the hotel is currently under construction which I did not know in advance. . so there is a lot of noise at times. The breakfast food options are plentiful - quality of food options - frustration only due to cleanliness issues I had and shared with the manager -- I would like for the hotel of this quality to offer each guest the local paper under the door each day - it was difficult to get the paper daily - very friendly staff - door greeters - restaurant staff are all very kind - rooms are spacious - gym needs to be updated several items are defective - laundry service is nice - would suggest having nicer hangers in the room to avoid the old plastic ones
