"We stayed for 5 nights. The beds were old with 2 indentations on each bed from use. The TV did not work - it flickered, turned black, and then came back on repeatedly. The translucent curtain was broken and did not go up/down. And the thermostat was not working - it was either too hot or too cold when set at 1 degree difference. I spoke to the front desk about it. After my stay I reached out the facility and talked to 2 different managers asking for some remuneration. They said they would get back to me and never did. Other than the room being a big of a disaster for almost $360/night, the main hotel was clean and the staff was friendly."

"The non-smoking room smelled terribly of smoke. There was mold on ceilings and bathtub was stained and soiled with a plunger sitting inside. We did not use it over 3 days. The Hannover the toilet leaked steady streams of water on and off. There was a shoe print on the ceiling? Beds were less comfortable than sofa beds and mattresses were stained. We slept on top of the linens and would not use. The outside smelled of weed and the pool was covered and non functional. Nothing like the pictures. Even for the bargain price, it was unacceptable and the worst motel we've ever stayed in."

"You get what you paid for. Nothing special but not terrible. Most dirt are just stains they probably can't get out. The fridge still had food from someone else's stay and a little mold in it. One night was very noisy so I called the desk to see if it was maintenance or to call there attention to it if it was an issue they should be aware of. The woman was dismissive and rude. Do not expect decent customer service. Even other interactions that weren't rude were not welcoming. It was more casual/bored. Overall the customer service was the main issue, but the actual hotel was fine. If you need a cheap place in a good location it works."
