Cold shower at night
The stay was ok, the only main problem was that wasn’t hot water for a shower on the 31st, and that is a big negative point for me as i do not enjoy cold showers. Overall everything else was very good. Thanks

Was up there for 2 nights with work and a friend suggested me to stay here. It was a great choice. The staff were so lovely and helpful. Pool was nice and the beer Selection was fantastic. Recommend this nice hotel.

We found our week stay excellent and recommend the hotel. The staff were exceptionally helpful, cheerful and attentive. We really liked the Juliette balcony with sliding door for fresh air. Great views of harbour. Park opposite peaceful and pleasant to wander. Central location for most activities. This hotel restaurant was excellent in being able to dine on magnificent Barramundi, a must for a visit to Darwin. Great breakfasts. The use of the larger Hilton pool next door was really appreciated. A happy place to stay.

A small slice of heaven. Loved waking to ocean balcony views. Quite and only a 10-15 minute breezy scenic walk to main shops. Staff was super friendly and loved the daily clean service. Would definately stay here again

Not value for price.
The service was polite. The hotel was clean. The foyer was well designed. The restaurant was reasonably priced. The food was nice enough. The hotel room too cold and we had the staff try to fix our air conditioner but they didn’t fix the problem. We had no extra blankets to keep us warm while we were sleeping. The feather pillows were uncomfortable. The mattress was comfortable. The balcony was very small, no room for a chair. Overall I thought it was not value for money. Next time I will stay somewhere else.

The rooms were beautiful and very welcoming the beds just a little small but ok pillows were unfortunately very uncomfortable and the carpets outside the rooms were a bit old and the beautiful veranda was not big enough to sit on with friends to enjoy the outstanding view but could easily be made bigger and safer. King beds would be nice but al all it was fantastic time and we loved the beautiful breakfast thank you
