Thanks Janine, we loved having you stay with us. Right out front is the beach lagoon which is free to everyone. The wave pool is a small fee to use all those features. As the buildings are in a public precinct there was no pool for that building!

Thank you for your feedback Lynece. As we only allocate apartments on the day of arrival, it makes it difficult to send out check in details earlier. I apologise if this was an inconvenience to you. We will review and see if there is anything we can do to make this more effective to guests. The apartments are designed to be self contained, however we are always available at our call centre, show room or on the after hours phone number should guest require anything. Some of the apartments we offer have access to a pool, the others offer access to the lagoon pool in the Waterfront Precinct free of charge or the Wave Pool, surcharge applies.
