The reception staff (female) was surly when we were checking in. Made us feel like we were wasting her time. She should be sent for re-training on basic courtesy to hotel guests. When we checked out, the staff (male this time) was less impatient but had the same 'un-smiling' demeanor.

Very comfortable property ideally situated at the vibrant Waterfront precinct. Walking distance to Darwin CBD and loads of dining options and activities

Did not like showering in a bathtub. Does not cater for the older generation, eg: grabrails in the wet area.

Location, by the Waterfront. Everything was very good, staff are excellent, cleanliness of rooms is excellent but the hotel would benefit a lot by cleaning and painting the passageways because they bring the overall standard of the hotel down because they are dirty, black marks on the walls everywhere and the carpets need a good shampooing or maybe replacing.

Booked 2 rooms one for myself and partner the other for my 80 year old mother.only on leaving my mother told me she had to have towel baths because she couldn’t climb into and out of the shower which was located as a shower bath combination.i find this astounding that there is no walk in walk out shower and everyone must climb into the bath to have a shower.surely I’m not the first to bring this up .

Nice location and vibe around the hotel... got room 102 and a view of the car park, but that’s just luck of the draw!

The noise from other guests is often a problem when I stay here. The walls must be very thin because I can here their whole conversation in the room next door. It’s 2am.
