I sincerely apologise for the disruption and inconvenience caused due to the fire alarm going off.I want to assure you that maintaining guest safety is our utmost priority. We do have routine preventative maintenance in place not just by our hotel engineering team but also from a third party contractor who looks after our fire protection system. In addition to this there is always a fire warden on shift. My team are already investigating on the cause of this and rest assured we will work on remediating the issue.Once again my sincere apologies for the disruption caused.
