The staff were lovely, but our room was right near a plant room or something as it was whirring all night which kept us both awake. Really disappointing. Room was pretty small and stuffy even though it’s a king room. Water temperature in shower was scalding hot and it took ages to get it adjusted. Bed was super comfortable.

The Hyatt is a hidden gem in Sydney. Very clean and the rooftop bar was fabulous. Their breakfast buffet was great but because it was Easter Sunday, they didn’t inform people that their breakfast on Sunday (concluding usually at 10:30) was going to conclude earlier, 10am so they could set up for the brunch at 11. I felt for all the people who rocked up and paid for the breakfast at 9:30 only to have a short/rushed breakfast. I had to take my bagel with me, they were in such a rush, the service even took my coffee away and it was full. I guess this is a little hard to digest considering we spent close to $75 for this breakfast.

Nice hotel near Darling Harbour. Just a shame they have ripped the heart out of the harbour by demolishing all the restaurants and shops along the far side. All there seems to be in Sydney now are restaurants. We won't be back.

We had rooms with great views over Darling Harbour. The hotel is well positioned to explore central Sydney. Good gym open 24hrs. Excellent buffet breakfast - the upfront discount offer was good value for money. Pleasant and helpful staff on reception and in the restaurant. All were excellent, especially Henry. The concierge team was very helpful on check-out with tending and weighing luggage. A very pleasant stay.

Amazing service, amazing hotel room & amazing rooftop bar! The only suggestion I would love to see is possibly the rooftop being used for morning coffee for sunrises, I think that would be a value of service to add that you offer that not a lot of other places offer!
