"Ceiling was crumbling, carpet was completely soaked from water dripping from ceiling, there was an unbearable smell of moisture in the room due to its humidity, ceiling pieces falling on the floor the room was dirty. When the maintenance guy came to check up on the room, he did not even bother cleaning up the mess from the crumbling ceiling. He gave me a can of Febreeze and took off."
