From day 1 the staff has been very rude. They have drug dealers and prostitutes doing business out of the rooms here. The staff did not understand that the aerosol spray they used made me sick and i asked them to not use it in my room they did it anyway. They do not know how to mop the floors. The shower curtain had mold growing on it. The walls had food splatters on it. There was a mystery spot under one of the beds that made the room smell so bad. The people in neighboring rooms smoked and it would come into our room. The staff said we were smoking when we do not. Do not stay here if you like clean and kind.

There were mosquitoes in the room, water in the bathtub takes forever to get drained. Every other person I saw at the reception were having an arguments over the payment issues. There is a $15 extra charges for early check-in. Place was okay but didn't feel very safe.

I could not stay over night because it is so dirty, unsafety, no healthy. I paid but I had to left about 10:00 PM on Friday 5/26/23 (I booked stay one night from 5/26/23 to 5/27/23) and booked Double Tree Hilton to stay one night. I lost $93.00 dollars. My daughter so sad.

Hotel was clean and management was helpful. This is not a good area of town but we just needed a place to rest before traveling on. Not many toiletries available in room or coffee pot but we managed anyway.

Last minute check in. So I was relieved to find a place to stay. Late night check in, clerk was courteous and helpful. However the first room I was assigned had someone already in it. So to say the least that was awkward, not to mention dangerous. I can’t imagine the feeling of being asleep in your hotel room. Have someone open the door to your room in the middle of the night. After profusely apologizing to the people in the room I went back to the desk and got a different room key assigned. The rest of the stay was ok. Middle of the road for most features as you would expect.

I understand how busy things can get but I was not happy with the room and would like management to help the housekeeping department be the best they can be. There’s no way the microwave should have been dry rotted, the kitchenette didn’t work, sink drained so slow, stains on the bedding and hair in the refrigerator. If the housekeeping department is so overwhelmed to the point they’re dismissing hair and rust; management needs to do better and maybe give them a raise!
