Service, Service and Service. Staffs are amazing. 5 star treatment. Melinda and Ana are awesome. They took good care of us while having altitude sickness. Aderson in breakfast area is great. Yummy breakfast. Location is great and serene, situated at top of Cusco with great view in traditional Cusco area. What else you need for a memorable stay. Highly recommended.

The reception area exudes tranquility, boasting a pleasant ambiance accompanied by soothing music. The room offers utmost comfort, complete with complimentary wine and snacks. Despite encountering a minor inconvenience regarding the availability of bath towels, the staff promptly addressed the issue. Breakfast was delightful, and the staff were amicable throughout. Conveniently situated near shops and tourist attractions, though the hotel's name is printed rather inconspicuously, making it challenging to locate. Nonetheless, considering the overall experience, it presents excellent value for money.

We loved staying here! The staff is so friendly and the rooms are perfect. Bathrooms are very up to date. The breakfast is delicious everyday and we loved that they ordered a taxi for us when we left for the airport

I have to say that this hotel was the best hotel we have stayed at for many reasons. The staff was attentive and helpful. Upon arrival, our son had altitude sickness. Ana was so helpful. The breakfast was amazing as was the location and the boutique feel of the hotel. On new years they left streamers and decor for our son. I highly recommend staying here ! We hope to be back some day.
