This is a nice property but the heating and air conditioning are a problem. If you want heat the desk has to turn it on from some secret place and it reverts back to cold after midnight. I woke up to my room being 56 degrees every morning. I asked so many times for heat and it never was right. The guest should be able to control the temperature of the room to their comfort.

We were here for just one night while travelling back and frothy from home to Disneyland. We had easy a check in, easy parking, and a good sleep. Rooms were clean and well appointed. And it was right across the street from Apple headquarters (it was a shame the grounds did not open until the 11:00 at Apple Park, we would have totally popped over).

The surrounding area had many dining and drink options at walkable distance. The interior was nicely decorated and well lit. There were a lot of options for breakfast, but be aware that it isn’t free. We were able to check-in early and it was a quick process. Some things we noticed in the room was we couldn’t find any hand soap in the bathroom and the bed creaked a lot with even the slightest movement. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Everything about the property was good. Our only problem was with too much noise in a room next to us, and trying to get staff members to provide assistance to quiet them down.

Had issue with one rude employee but otherwise customer service was excellent. Decent room for the price. However, mattress should be replaced soon and would like housekeeping daily.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The heating/AC apparently is “antique” and on a switch, if someone on your line of rooms requests something yours gets switched. My heat got turned off in the middle of the night and dropped to sixty-four degrees by 4:00am. They switched it back when I called down and gave me a space heater the next night in case it happened again.

I booked a three-night stay and only asked for the room to be cleaned on the third day. However, our rooms was never cleaned. When I called the front desk to let them know that the room hasn't been cleaned, they denied that I called earlier in the morning to have the room cleaned. When I asked for some clean towels and toilet paper, I was told to go down to the front desk and pick it up myself. This is absolutely one of the worst experiences I've had at a "nicer" hotel. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

The room smelled like bleach. The bedding smelled so bad with bleach it make it hard to sleep. The bed it self was hard. The room controls were not clear and hard to use HVAC. Happy I only needed one night

I really liked the staff, upon my check-in. The woman behind the desk helped me when I didn't have enough money on my card for the incidentals because of a problem with the Expedia app. I found out I was short just $5.00 required and she works the computer and gives me the room key. Now that's what I call Customer Service.

Always consistently good. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Parking is always easy. Price is reasonable. Close to Cupertino Village and Vallco. Only addition to suggest is some destination chargers for EVs.

The bed was uncomfortable. The temperature was uncomfortable; there was no way to block out outside light pollution - the curtain did not cover the white shade; the TV remote did not respond to the TV. The quality of the food was below average.
